Well seeing as how I placed my order over a week ago...and still have no update on if or when it will be shipped..no im not at all satisfied. And when I try to contact them on messenger..they have ignored me. Sent me an email saying I would receive an update within 24 hours..that was 3 days ago. Worst experience ever.

The product purchased was a bit inferior to the original Lookah that I own so I was a bit disappointed in that. Biggy Market, however, was easy to maneuver and the item was received very quickly.

Liars and Thieves are kinship. It began at the check out and was not noticed or anticipated. The item I selected was shown as 3 identical items for $20. Standard shipping was 3-4 days. After check out attempting to make a pic or print a copy of what I bought and the pic was not available. I emailed immediately requested to have the sale cancelled and told them why, When they replied back they agreed to send 3 burners. After two weeks using the tracking number I was given showed the package had never been dropped to the shipper and it had not been shipped but the charge to my cr cd had been processed for over a week. I received one burner during the 3rd week after purchase and at the 2nd attempted use the burner broke like cheap junk. They sold me one burner for the price of 3. A cheap price to pay and lesson learned and I will not be shopping BIGGY again ever, Cheaters will lie and liars will cheat. First hand leaner.
