Great overall experience!
Very competitive prices.
Very good selection of fountain pens.
Perhaps a Sailor lineup in the future would be good.
Super fast shipping to Canada!
The pens showed up very well packed and they all performed perfectly.
And customer service inquiries are responded quite quickly.

BigPen is a fabulous seller
BigPen is a fabulous seller. They always have the inks I want, and all my orders so far have been dispatched same day, and arrive in my home by Airmail two days later. The packaging used is the most secure for any ink I've ever received from anywhere, at home or abroad. I thoroughly recommend this website.

BigPen sell top quality items, such as Pilot's brand of pens at highly competitive prices. Their service is excellent. I'd not hesitate in buying from them again. Highly recommended!
