Definitely recommend them to anyone trying to sell their home fast!

Big state company is wonderful,very helpful,understanding,kind,compassionate,communication skills high,willh help you understand everything as to your account,work very fast,knowledgeable,very very professional but loving,make you feel like you have known them your whole life but you haven’t I would definitely recommend this company to as many people that I know and if I had to do it all again I would not change a thing. I can honestly say that working with Big State Homebuyers was probably one of the easiest parts of the aftermath from Hurricane Harvey. Michael gave us the highest offer of any other company and treated us with dignity and respect. He happily negotiated with us on price, the terms of the contract, and he was very flexible when we had to keep moving our close date. I will 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their as-is home.

My experience with Big State Home Buyers couldn't have been better if I'd designed it myself! Since I'd never handled any sale of a home myself, much less one damaged by Houston's hurricane Harvey, I didn't know what to expect or whom to trust. I called several companies that handed such sales. Hunter Hill from Big State was the third agent with whom I met. By that time I wasn't impressed with my previous potential buyers and felt I was being taken advantage of because 1. I was a woman alone 2. I was older & 3. A flooded house isn't all that attractive. But my meeting with Hunter was completely different. Not only was he informative about the buying process, he took his time looking over the property, took photos of every room, gave me an estimated price Big State would pay, and was considerate and courteous. During the 14 day review period, he kept me informed of every action/activity dealing with the house. We closed 3 days later (with a Notary coming to my own home for documents signing since I'd been ill and didn't want to travel for closing!) for the sale price he originally offered me. I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Big State Home Buyers and Hunter Hill to anyone!!

I had my Mom's house that I was looking to sell quickly and spoke with Hunter @ Big State Home Buyers and was seriously taken back by the amount of time he spent on the phone with me explaining the whole process. I had several investors come out to the house and none we as detailed or trustworthy as I felt Hunter to be. Big State topped my highest offer on the house and were amazing to work with. I literally had to do nothing at all they took care of everything and were so professional and up front. They were available anytime I had a question. I seriously cannot say enough about how amazing this processs was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have heard many horror stories about other companies and Big State took away all of my fears and proved to be effective, efficient and 100% honest.

My uncle was interested in selling his house but thought it was going to be to much work. This was the fastest and easiest transaction on selling my uncle's home. From the time the offer came in and closing there was 3 weeks. The delay was due to my uncle having surgery in another state and needed a week to recover before traveling. Juan was very easy to work with and actually took time to just ask how my uncle's recovery was going. I actually felt it wasn't just a "sell" in his eyes and truly cared. Juan was available for any questions and was able to get back with us in a timely manner even during his weekend hours of traveling. We were able to handle most of everything remotely which came in handy with being we were states away from my uncle's home in Texas. The team was able to help me out of a difficult home situation. Maemar told me not to worry they will take care of me and they did. I was able to sell my home and have money waiting for me at closing.

I was trying to find their number from when they had been at my before and out of the blue they called as I was looking for the number . the next day we had a contract in hand and we closed in about 3 weeks time. Our sales person did a great job and I would recommend him and the company.
