Terrible cancellation Policy
Terrible cancellation Policy. I wanted to cancel my policy when it had ended but they wonât let me cancel unless I talk to someone. It is my consumer right to cancel the policy. They said it was due to gDpR so I sent them my personal details by email and are still insisting I need to speak to someone. Ridiculous Cancellation Policy. Do I have to speak to someone so they can persuade me to stay I donât think so. They are now telling me I am arrears because they wonât cancel my policy. Disgusting.

We do have a cancellation process in place, which is explained at the point of taking out the policy. As part of this, we are required to complete the cancellation through a secure and regulated process. Unfortunately, if this process isnât followed, the policy will remain active.
