Scam scam scam!!!!!!! If I click zero I would…..
On 6 September, I requested a withdrawal from my account. Your website states that withdrawals take 7–21 working days to process. After waiting the stated time, my withdrawal was cancelled without any explanation.
I contacted your live chat support multiple times and was advised to submit the withdrawal request again. I was also informed that the new request would be prioritised. I followed this instruction and submitted another withdrawal request as advised.
As of 9 December, I am still waiting for my funds. It has now been several months, and despite repeated contact with live chat support, I continue to receive only generic responses with no clear explanation, resolution, or timeframe.
This situation is unacceptable. Do not use this site

I have sent 25 e mails to the customer services . I have told them I have a gambling problem and they do nothing at all . Avoid at all costs

Won 500 last week they paid me out within 24hours won 600 Sunday still waiting so will update but good so far

MIA WHO IS MY ACCOUNT MANAGER DOES NOT REPLY AND RUDE THING IS ITS BECOMING NORMAL FOR THEM. I HAVE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THIS SITE FOR LONG NOW BUT THEY LUR YOU IN BY GIVING CASH BAck ONLY WHEN U BEG THEM TO. This site took my money, when requesting a withdrawal (£85) not much really, it took them over a month to say they had issues in there systems.

I learned a lesson and lost money to them and there webchat service is useless with self generated messages all the time, no one speaks to you!!!

Avoid this site, they accept your money but that's it, no support at all.

Mia is a ghost there as she never replied to over 50 emails!!

• Relevant banks and card issuers (for chargeback investigations)

Advice to players:
• Avoid depositing any further funds.
• Report the casino to Action Fraud UK.
• Request chargebacks immediately and block third-party merchants that appear on your account.
• Report the casino to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
