I bought a pair of shoes from Bihrod on August 5th and received them on August 6th, so in terms of shipping, the service was excellent. Additionally, the shoes are very well made, with great materials and careful packaging. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit. I immediately contacted the company via email to request a return, but I received no reply. After sending a second email on August 8th, I finally received the return label, but with no direct communication.

I returned the shoes on August 19th using the provided label (within the 14 working days from receiving the shoes, as stated on their website), and I have the courier receipt as proof. On August 31st, I sent another email with the courier receipt to ask for an update on the €200 refund, but I never received a reply. I followed up with yet another email on September 2nd, but still nothing.

After confirming that the shoes were delivered to them on September 5th, I continued requesting a refund, but once again, no response. It's interesting to note that when I contacted the company from a different email address, I received a reply the same day.

I find it unacceptable that a brand that produces quality shoes has such poor customer service. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I hope the company improves how it manages communications with its customers.

As of today, September 11th, they have received the shoes back, yet I still haven’t received my €200 refund and cannot get in touch with anyone. I sent another email yesterday explaining everything in detail, and their response was:

"Hello Luca,
Is it possible to send us a message on Instagram, please?
Regards,
BIHROD TEAM"

Do you think this is an appropriate response to a customer who is upset about a company's failure? I don’t.

I will update my review (because the shoes are genuinely worth it) once this situation is resolved.

UPDATE. 16/09/2024

I received the refund on Friday the 13th after activating PayPal's recovery service. After that, I magically received an email from Bihrod's support team apologizing for the inconvenience and offering me a 10% discount code on my next order, should I choose to trust them again.

After this experience, I feel the need to reiterate what I have already written before.

The shoes are very beautiful, and in my opinion, they are worth the price because they are crafted with great attention to detail. Therefore, this review is low solely due to the issue with the refund. The shoes are 5-star quality, but the refund issue is inexcusable. If I hadn't paid with PayPal, I would probably find myself without shoes and without money at this point, so I advise anyone looking to buy from this site to be absolutely sure of the shoe size. In that case, you'll get a 5-star service: super-fast shipping and quality shoes. Otherwise, make sure you've paid with PayPal.

I had an excellent experience with this service. The shipping was incredibly fast, which was a surprise for me. Although returns are allowed, I found that once I opened the box, I didn’t want to send the shoes back. The Persy sneakers are truly premium quality and exceeded my expectations in every way. Details on the sneaker are zremarkable. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend these sneakers to anyone looking for top quailty.
