The bikes booking com canceleled my reservation after 2 months of my order and confirmation. If I wanted got money back, they blocked me. any answer on my emails, absolutelly nothing. Thanks god, the Revolut got back my money after 1 month, but the first time they didnt accepted my request via Revolut. 5 stars for Revolut and 0 for bikes booking.com. DECEIVERS

Charge me cancellation fee, even if booking was made few days earlier, for the period of almost 5 months ahead. Terrible customer service and no good will at all. Cars on other sites are much cheaper even for longer period, than scooters on bikesbooking.com. I feel ripped off. Avoid this site if you can

Il y a un mois jour pour jour, j'ai déposé un avis concernant Bikesbooking, en expliquant qu'ils ne m'avaient pas remboursé un acompte de 132€ pour une commande qu'ils n'ont pas pu honorer.
Le soir même, ils m'ont envoyé un mail pour me dire, que pour eux, le remboursement avait été effectué, c'est totalement FAUX !
Ils ne m'ont rien viré et cela dure maintenant depuis le 24 Novembre 2025, date à laquelle j'ai demandé ce remboursement !
Je continue donc à vous déconseiller vivement ce site, et je maintiens, qu'en plus d'être complètement incompétents, ces gens sont totalement malhonnêtes.

Reservierung wurde von BB nach vorheriger Bestätigung wieder geändert. Dies wollten wir nicht. Anzahlung 100,- Euro nach 6 Wochen nicht auf Kreditkarte erstattet

Wir haben Mitte Dezember 2 Scooter (300ccm) für Gran Canaria/ Las Palmas angefragt und eine Bestätigung per Mail bekommen, dass diese für Ende Januar 2026 bereit stehen.

Daraufhin eine Anzahlung (als Reservierbestätigung) per Kreditkarte im Höhe von rund 100 euro gezahlt.

Anfang Januar kam eine Mail vom Unternehmen, das dasvorab bestätigte Angebot nur zu deutlich anderen Fahrzeugen o. Übergabeorten haltbar ist.

Dies haben wir storniert und uns wurde per Mail die Erstattung der Anzahlung zugesagt (liegt hier vor!).

Dies ist bis heute, 6 Wochen nach Zusage nicht ergolgt. Rechtliche Schritte sind eingeleitet.

I rarely write negative reviews and always try to resolve issues amicably first, but my experience with BikesBooking has been incredibly frustrating.

I booked and paid a deposit online. However, when I arrived at the rental shop, my voucher was invalid – the rental company had no record of my booking in their system. This was a very unpleasant situation on my holiday. I was forced to sign a completely new, more expensive contract on-site just to get a vehicle and not beeing stranded. My deposit paid to BikesBooking was not credited.

Mistakes happen, but the support experience afterwards was unacceptable. For days, I have been trying to get a refund for the service that wasn't provided. The support team takes weeks to reply and then sends standard copy-paste answers that completely miss the point ("extra services cost extra"), ignoring the fact that the original booking didn't exist.

I cannot recommend this service if you want a stress-free holiday.

Ich habe am 01.03.zwei Motorroller gebucht für Sizilien. Leider hat sich erst nach der Buchung und Anzahlung herausgestellt dass ich die Roller nur Lokal benutzen kann und nicht auf der ganzen Insel. Daraufhin habe ich am 2. 03. versucht auf andere Roller umzubuchen. Das ginge nicht wurde mir mitgeteilt ich müsse stornieren und neu buchen. Mittlerweile habe ich schon 4 mal um Stornierung angesucht mit der Bitte um Bestätigung. Jetzt warte ich schon 2 Tage nach der letzten email auf eine Antwort mit der Stornierungsbestätigung. Ich werde wohl einen Rechtsanwalt einschalten müssen. Kann nur raten alle Bewertungen zu lesen und bei einem anderen Unternehmen zu buchen wenn es auch teurer ist.

Location 2 vélos électriques E-Bike Haibike 3.0 du 6 au 13 octobre 2025 à Carvoeiro Portugal.
Matériel en mauvais état, pas de béquille, pas de support pout le téléphone (indispensable pour les randos), ASSUREZ-VOUS que les casques et anti-vols sont gratuits. Suite crevaison sav sympa mais c'est tout !
Je ne louerai plus chez eux.

DO NOT USE. I should have checked reviews or ChatGPT before I engaged them. The took €361 from my account just for inquiring. Despite 13 emails. Weeks of assurance from Anton the money would be returned. They've now just ghosted me. If in Marseille contact Road2Luxe directly. They were great.

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben, da ich ansonsten die kriminellen Machenschaften dieser „Bande“ nicht öffentlich machen kann. Von wegen Rückzahlung bei Stornierung der Buchung… mindestens die Anzahlung wird nicht mehr erstattet😡😡😡😡😡😡

We have rented a motorbike during 7 days in fuerteventura and the process has been so eassy. We had the motorbike delivered in the airport and we could left it there. I recommend this service if you want a motorbike in this island.

Ho effettuato una prenotazione per un ATV A Naxos fuori dal loro orario di apertura (1 ora e 20 minuti dopo la chiusura), perché il modulo di prenotazione online me lo permetteva. Nella sezione dei commenti ho specificato chiaramente che, qualora il ritiro fuori orario non fosse stato possibile, la prenotazione doveva considerarsi nulla.

Il giorno successivo mi hanno scritto confermando che era possibile ritirare il veicolo fuori orario, ma solo a fronte del pagamento di una tassa extra. Questa tassa non era menzionata da nessuna parte durante la procedura di prenotazione, né c’era alcun avviso che potessero esserci costi aggiuntivi per il ritiro fuori orario.

Quando mi hanno chiesto se volessi procedere, ho rifiutato. A quel punto mi hanno comunicato che avrebbero annullato la prenotazione, ma che non potevano restituirmi l’acconto. Ad oggi, non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso.

È stata un’esperienza deludente e ingiusta. Il processo è stato poco trasparente e mi sono sentito preso in giro. Consiglio ad altri di rivolgersi altrove, se desiderano un servizio affidabile e una comunicazione chiara e onesta.

Nous avons réservé 2 scooter pour faire le tour de la Sicile. Mais ils nous ont changé d'agence de location sans prévenir qu'avec les scooters de cette nouvelle agence nous ne pouvons pas sortir de Palerme.
Dans la nouvelle agence ils n'avaient même pas notre réservation.
Les frais (70euros) ne nous serons pas remboursés, malgré nos multiples explications par mail...

Booked in a company that was closed and got stranded at the airport.

Contacted the support team, who gave me a refund, but holiday was ruined already. Of course had a lot of other things booked around it.

Je précise que c'était un séjour organisé avec ma femme pour ses 40 ans...

Après cela, pas de rappel..ni remboursement...niet

PS : Nous n'avons pas de permis moto.. 125CC impossible pour nous

Anzahlung wurde erst nach 10 Tagen erstattet. Wäre einfacher gewesen, vor Ort ein Fahrzeug zu mieten.

Great experience with Bikes Booking and Albuggy Rent in Olbia! I strongly recommend.
We booked 2 Vespas Primavera for one week and had them delivered to our hotel, exactly the scooters that we wanted. Personnel is very friendly and efficient and gave us a lift back to the hotel the day of departure.
We spend a perfect holiday and will come back.

Unglaubliche Abzocke und Betrug. Achtung keine Buchungen vornehmen. Geld wird abgebucht. Keine Korrespondenz und keine Lieferung des gemieteten Fahrzeuges. Nur Fake!!!

A Novembre 24 abbiamo noleggiato 2 moto in Marocco, premesso che non ti avvisano, che il voucher che ti inviano quasi subito, non corrisponde alla reale disponibilità, infatti dopo 2 giorni hanno cambiato la data di consegna, il che ci ha costretto a perdere una notte prepagata ed a cambiare il tour, all'arrivo il noleggiatore ci chiede 90 euro in più, abbiamo scritto 4 mail a bikesbooking, ma nessuna risposta A febbraio 25 prenotiamo 3 moto, arriva subito il voucher ma dopo 2 gg ci offrono un'altra moto al posto di una delle 3 con 67 euro di supplemento in quanto una non è disponibile, accettiamo e memori di quanto successo richiediamo con ben 7 mail in giorni dversi di avere il voucher aggiornato con moto effettive e prezzo corretto niente da fare hanno detto che non erano tenuti a farlo ma lo inviano lo stesso ma non hanno più risposto e non hanno inviato il voucher, all'arrivo il noleggiatore ci richiede 387 euro in più accettiamo per non restare a piedi quindi assistenza 7 su 7 e valore legale del voucher come decantato non sono reali

Noleggiate 3 moto Suzuki 800 a Marrakech, voucher ricevuto, anticipo pagato, poi ci dicono che una delle tre moto non era disponibile e che l avrebbero cambiata con una di maggiore cilindrata e maggior costo...confermo il tutto chiedendo il voucher aggiornato con modelli e costi...nessuna risposta da bikesbooking..riscrivo più volte , ma nulla ,mi rispondono che non sono obbligati ad aggiornarlo....allora avendo già avuto un esperienza negativa , scriviamo al noleggiatore il quale ci dice che i costi per le tre moto non erano assolutamente quelli riportati in voucher...e ce li comunica via WhatsApp ...proviamo a riparlare con bimesbooking ma nessuna risposta nemmeno dopo svariate e mail....e nemmeno dopo svariati giorni.... Dopo 10 moto noleggiate con bikesbooking speravamo in una gestione più professionale ...in futuro cercheremo di rivolgerci altrove.....

Estafadores professionales. Ni se os ocurra contractar. Ni me entregaran la moto ni me devolvieron el dinero.
