Helpful, informative and honest service from Pierre.

We went in to look at possible new helmets. Even though we made it clear we were initially only looking, Pierre was very helpful. Due to the advice and helpfulness we bought the helmets and some other bits as we felt that we had been well advised.

An absolute honour to meet Pierre down at the shop. He knows his stuff, made my life easier to choose my first pair of trousers. And anyone else it’s really friendly and welcoming, also got good advice in terms of what should I buy as my first bike. Definitely I’ll recommend this place to anyone interested in motorcycle gear but even for those who want a good coffee.

Great personal service from Pierre at Bikestop. Tried different sizes and didn't hesitate to unpack new models very time. Left with a Belstaff Crosby, Belstaff down jacket and a back protector. Very happy customer.

Popped into Bikestop today to buy a pair of gloves that I had been looking at online. M Short served me a found the gloves I wanted to try on. Great gloves but not as much movement as I would have liked so a bit disappointed in my choice. The great staff at the shop suggested a pair of Knox Handroid based on my requirements. Tried them on and pardon the pun but they fitted like a glove. Well happy and great movement and hopefully I won’t ever need the protection that the gloves come equipped with. Thanks again for the service you provide there and the Dair Jacket is still going strong that I purchased from you some time ago. Mick 🙏

I came in for a latte and to purchase a messenger bag. From the moment I stepped into the store I Was so well looked after, first by the staff running the cafe for my latte and was then served by M Short who was very helpful in setting up the messenger bag for me. Thank you very much.

I made a visit to BikeStop as I needed a pair of winter gloves and also information regarding headsets. Pierre who served us gave us a good knowledge of the headsets and advised us that can be fitted to our helmets. Great service and very polite and always there to help. Brilliant shop!

Great experience. Came to get geared up - Pierre was really helpful and advised me with the best options for what I will be doing. Shop is really cool - perfect place for a stop and a hot beverage.

Went in looking for a pair of new riding jeans. Pierre picked out a pair based on his recommendation and what everyone else in the shop wore and they were spot on. Very good service as usual and Pierre was very happy to assist. Great shop that's now my go to for bike bits.

Fantastic experience buying a helmet. After being used to motorcycle shops that just look at you and say "that looks good" to a helmet that doesn't fit at all, Pierre came close with just his first choice of helmet and carried out a full range of checks on each subsequent helmet until we found one that fit the bill. He gave me a discount and offered to replace the cheek pads with thicker ones at NO extra cost, then ship it to me back home. Best service for miles for a piece of equipment too many people get wrong!

the attention and service today was very good. Pierre who assisted me with the purchase of a jacket and a helmet was both knowledgeable and helpful in showing me the goods, giving good advice and awareness of matters to how goods adapt with use and age.
Whilst the service was excellent I was disappointed that the helmet could not be delivered until late November at the earliest.
