Assez méfiant au départ vu les prix très attractifs, j'ai pu rapidement échanger avec le service client via Whatsapp. Ils m'ont rassuré sur les produits et m'ont fourni d'avantage de photos ainsi que des vidéos des vélos. L'expédition fût rapide par la suite et le colis bien protégé. Je recommande ce vendeur.

Bought a Merida Reacto at a very good price (at least the best i could find in Europe). Shipment took 1 week. I had issues with the rear derailleur as in the process of shipping it was bent. Got in contact with the seller and couple of days later received it. After installation all works nice.

Overall i am happy with Bikeuropean. The support was really great as i could call them on Whatsapp at any decent hour.

Everything was like expected.
Easy to buy and great price.

Ordered a large front chainring for my road bike.

Website initially says it accepts credit cards.

When you place the order it asks for a "wire transfer". I paid by this method.

Sent many emails - no reply. ( Edit - Finally received a communication saying my emails had gone into “Spam” with a picture of the part I’d ordered )

Sent a message via "WhatsApp !! Help 24h!!" by clicking link on a webpage. "Received" my message but still not "Read". (Edit - still hasn’t been read)

My initial review gave this company 1 star as I thought I’d been scammed.

I’ve upgraded to 4 stars now as Bikeuropean.com has secured the part I required, which after searching for many hours is quite a feat and is to be lauded.

If communication had been better I’d happily have given 5 stars.
