Bikewheelsdirect レビュー

Best price, best customer service and extremely knowledgable. Any issues responds even on Sundays. Russel you are a star.

Made purchase of a pair of hope wheels whilst I was rushing buying everything. I made a mistake of choosing the wrong hub size but these guys we're fantastic and allowed me to exchange for the correct ones! Both wheels came with everything to get you going with tubeless

Great customer service, I had been bamboozled by all the variants of hub, great company got me on track and helped me order wheels correctly, and the delivery was incredibly fast, 2 days for hope to build them and with me next day.
Thanks again.

I wanted a new set of wheels, something good. These are perfect and I love them. Worth the wait, and excellent service.

Ordered DT swiss ex511 on Hope Pro 4 hubs with Sapim spokes.Wheels where shipped earlier than expected which is always a bonus, price was the best I could find and having put quite a few miles on them can say build quality is excellent.Would definitely recommend this company.

Great retail experience. Keenly priced, always got a personal email re: technical questions and always managed to speak to a human not robot with amazing product knowledge. Will come back soon for some nice carbon rims !

Best Price on the web by far. Also came with thu axle converters which other retailers were trying to charge for. £20 discount for Hope Pro 4 wheel set was another selling point and arrived 2 weeks earlier than scheduled. Great service all round.

I could write long and tedious review but sometimes its best to be to the point!

The best customer service ive ever had!! Russell was very helpful and went out of his way to search up my issues to help me along the way. Now my bike is perfect with the help of him, he saved me so much time and effort. Would definitely recommend Bike wheels direct to everybody who is after a decent wheel. Excellent prices too!!

They built me a great set of 27.5 mtb wheels with DT rims and hope hubs . Communication with Russell was first class from the outset and my wheels were built and delivered on time and exactly to my spec. I would definitely recommend them if you want a new set of wheels with no messing about and very competitive prices. Excellent.

I ordered a set of Hope Fortus 30 wheels (which were on a back log) and Russell kept me informed of the build date from Hope and when to expect delivery. Fortunately the wheels arrived early and I was able to collect them with no issues. Overall great price, communication and service. Would highly recommend

Hands-down the best online shopping experience I've ever had.

Excellent pricing for top quality wheels.

Very quick and helpful responses to questions. On the ball and communicative. Went out of their way to help me sort out an issue entirely of my own making.

Absolutely recommend.
