Our company has always worked with clients that require front end financing - from schools to governments to GC's we are constantly financing our clients projects. During a time of exponential growth at our company, internal financing that tied up cash flow was no longer an option. When Billd reached out to us, we were understandably weary. We had worked with lenders in the past for short term cash flow financing, but it has always been prohibitively expensive and at the end of the day, predatory. After some due diligence and a great initial conversation with their team, we were ready to give it a shot. The same day I reached out to learn more, Billd was able to get us set-up and ready to do business. My vendor received payment that same day enabling us to get right to work instead of waiting for long approvals and negotiations. The 120 day terms were amazing and helped alleviate the pressure of waiting on slow pay government clients and GC's and also enabled us to take advantage of quick pay discounts with our vendors. The cost of lending with Billd is straightforward and reasonable.
I have never had trouble reaching anyone at Billd that I needed to speak to. Every time I have emailed our Account Manager, Ginger, she has either responded immediately or she has picked up the phone and called me.

When Covid-19 happened in March of 2020 effectively shutting our industry and our business down, we had to make some very hard decisions and some very hard phone calls. When I called Billd to discuss extension options, I spoke directly to the Director of Financial Operations, Jon. Jon was compassionate and understanding with the unique situation and worked with us to ensure that both parties had a favorable outcome. Adversity is truly a great barometer of corporate social responsibility and character, Billd has shown their commitment to both of those principles. Billd has clearly empowered their employees to act with humanity and thoughtfulness.

TLDR: Billd is awesome, reasonably priced, responsive, and a true partner.

Billd is a good way to free up cash flow .The system is simple and easy to use.

I applied for an account and it was approved at the end of the process on the website..however, when I later checked my email and went to place an order I found out that ultimately they denied the account being opened for my company... frustrating to say the least as I have a major commercial project that we're starting in a couple of weeks. How can it be approved at the first instance then when you go to use it find out they actually denied the account? Misleading at the minimum.

Fairly easy to use and get funding for larger projects when needed. One downside is that the loan is not re-amortized during payment period meaning there is no benefit to making partial payments.
Sometimes it can be difficult to complete a large project in 30 days, so if you don't get the full amount paid down quickly, you will pay a lot of interest.

The service and support only keep getting better.

Billd helps us for our ongoing business a lot. As you know the construction business is really have a major in the cash flow for project to run smoothly as some upfront payment from client is not enough to cover the cost. For new construction business, it is hard to get the credit from the vendor. Therefore Billd is really helpful to buy some time for your project before getting paid from client.
The process is easy and the disbursement is very quick. In my opinion, the interest rate is reasonable and easy to get compare to getting the loan or credit from bank.
We really appreciate the Billd team, especially Jonathan and Ginger. They really try all their effort to find the best way to help us if there is any difficult in payment portal with some vendors. Best customer services ever!

I contacted Billd, due to my need for materials for a gov't project. Due to the craziness of COVID19, advanced payrolls for my men, existing projects being curtailed by my Social Distancing officer, delaying payments - all put me in a difficult spot. Mikayla was able to guide me through the process (past my multitude of user errors) and make our purchase happen...quickly, my materials are now on the way.

Given the way our world is changing about every darn hour...I appreciate these guys being solid and responsive.
