I have been a client of billdu for over 3 years now, using their services and paying monthly for their services as a premium user. On April 10th I received an email stating my account was up for deletion which was never done or authorized by me or anyone in my company. When I got into the office on Monday and tried to access my account, it showed deleted and account not found. I had 100's of clients and their information within the system as well as 3 years of documents; invoices, estimates, accounts receivable &accounts payable. All of which are gone and unable to access. 3 years of a small businesses documents GONE, none of which was backed up in any other system because I trusted Billdu with my business information. I have tried to reach out to customer service multiple times with no response. I have used the help AI icon as well as sent multiple emails to support with ZERO response. I would never trust this company with anyone's information, ever again.

Terrible service... AI support doesn't work, real support agent doesn't answer, nobody reply me by email during days..
I cannot receive my money back

This company is a Fraud they renewed my subscription took my money but all my data was erased and i tried contacting them but no hope at all

Super easy to use. Took me 20min looking around untill i was sending out estimats.

And with the convert to invoice from estimate when the job is done made it super easy

Bildu is zonder twijfel één van de beste programma’s die ik ooit heb gebruikt. Vanaf het eerste moment valt op hoe overzichtelijk en gebruiksvriendelijk alles is opgezet. Je hoeft geen technische kennis te hebben om ermee aan de slag te gaan — alles wijst zichzelf en werkt intuïtief.

Billdu is both affordable and user friendly for invoices, particularly for novices.

Ich nutze Billdu bereits seit mehreren Jahren und war lange Zeit zufrieden. Leider hat sich die Situation in letzter Zeit deutlich verschlechtert, sodass ich gezwungen war, die Nutzung stark einzuschränken.
Es kommt regelmäßig vor, dass Kundennamen einfach verschwinden oder nicht korrekt gespeichert werden. Zudem funktioniert die „Hilfe“-Funktion in der App überhaupt nicht – sie lässt sich gar nicht öffnen.
Ein weiteres Problem ist, dass Kundennummern und Zuordnungen durcheinander geraten, was im Arbeitsalltag zu erheblicher Verwirrung führt. Für ein Tool, das im geschäftlichen Kontext genutzt wird, ist das äußerst kritisch.
Besonders problematisch ist jedoch, dass beim Kündigen der App alle Rechnungen verschwinden, obwohl man für die Nutzung bezahlt hat. Das ist aus meiner Sicht absolut inakzeptabel, da diese Unterlagen für die Buchhaltung und den Steuerberater zwingend benötigt werden.
Ich empfinde dieses Vorgehen als sehr unprofessionell und nicht kundenorientiert. Nach mehreren Jahren Nutzung ist das schlicht enttäuschend.
Ich würde mich heute definitiv nicht mehr für Billdu entscheiden.
Lassen Sie besser die Finger davon, wenn Sie solche Probleme nicht haben möchten.

Top Software kann nur empfehlen.

Effective for small operations like mine. Affordable and haven't found a major problem yet.

I am extremely disappointed with Billdu.

On March 2, 2026, I purchased two yearly subscriptions for two of my companies. Shortly after the purchase, both companies completely disappeared from my portfolio. All invoices, data, and records are gone.

I can no longer access my past invoices, customer data, or even view open invoices. This means I now have to start everything from scratch, which is unacceptable for a business tool that is supposed to manage important financial records.

This issue does not only affect me, but also my clients, since these invoices are part of ongoing business transactions. Losing access to such critical data creates serious problems.

I have attached proof of payment to the support team and am currently waiting for a solution. For a paid annual service, this level of reliability is very concerning.

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this service.

I’ve been using Billdu for about 6 or 7 years now. It used to be fantastic but as they have added more and more functionality, ironically its functionality has diminished. I have had the same issue for about a year:
The name of the invoice recipient gets deleted. It used to be only after you made an adjustment to the invoice (eg added a payment, sent a reminder, sent a thank you message) but now it happens the instant you send the invoice. It is beyond infuriating. I now have to screenshot my invoice list EVERY time I use it so I can keep track of things. The time I have wasted has been unreal.

To add insult to injury, their “Help” button never works and just buffers.
Then you try finding someone, anyone, to help - turns out that’s a needles and haystacks job. There is no ‘contact us for help’ ANYWHERE. I ended up going onto TrustPilot reviews and searching through to see if they ever responded to anyone and got an email address that way.

Surprisingly, I got a response telling me it was a glitch and it was all resolved. It isn’t. I wrote back telling them that and haven’t heard a thing since.

I renewed my annual subscription in December which I deeply regret as I will be going elsewhere for the start of my tax year.

The fact that I can easily create an invoice, edit it and even attach files for visual purposes/proof makes the whole experience great! If I could see my item descriptions as I type would make the experience even better🙏🏽.
