UPDATE AGAIN: Andy/Minestone flagged these reviews as “defamatory content” trying to get them taken down

I wrote a review earlier and the owner was… not polite. He called me out for “lying” about his website. If you go to it you can see how poorly coded it is (w/ ai) and if you copy the source code into any ai code checker it comes back as highly probably. Further more, the host just resells bloom hostings dedicated servers and tacks on worse pricing and just uses open source softwares.

i joined the discord server to let them know about some ux issues they have, such as the language switcher not working, website being raw html, poor css and more (the site is probably completely vibe coded), and also upon joining they had duplicate rules, automatic notifications that points to deleted channels, anyone could type in their client reviews, etc. i was banned.

edits:
1. towards the end i did call the interface shit, but i dont think that has much relevancy? and theres no rule against profanity..
2. yes the main page is pure html, already a bad thing. the css is in fact awful and as a fullstack dev, i think i have the right to say that. its not just the main site, the css reflects everywhere. the billing page is better, but thats because its an open source CMS tool from github.
3. i cant even buy a server! it says to open a ticket to buy one, and i cant open a ticket! im banned!
4. i specifically stated the rules issue was in the onboarding process, where you have two of the same rules, which could just be to satisfy the rule count requirement by discord, but it seemed to be worth pointing out.

yo i got some problam whif the team and so
they just band me from the dc only couse i sayd what problams i have and how bad the server ar for ALL PEOPLE ALSO THEM WHO LIVE IS US NOT ONLY EU PLAYERS (anndy from the dc server tould me its becouse im in eu but ohter have same problams)
and i thing just spend 1 or 2 dolers more for g portal or 1 or 2 dolwers less for nitrade ar way better
also if this mesege gets deleted probaly too that what it is

goated server hoster, always reliable, warns of server maintenance ahead of time if at all possible, and is easy to access support for

Genuinely the Best hosting I have ever used (and I have used almost every major host out there). Completely blew my expectations for performance & Support with the incredibly low prices aswell! Minestone is nothing like other hosts and absolutely prioritizes the client rather than trying to earn a few extra bucks and it shows. Andy is also a great owner & a fun person to talk to!

Amazing Minecraft hosting! Not only are the prices super cheap for a good quality server but the owner is very polite and friendly. There is help available 24/7 if you have any questions and I honestly don't think I'll ever need to change hosting again!

Genuinely this has got to be the most underrated host in the market. Andy provides incomparable customer service he helps me quite literally every day with any problem I have. He reaches out to me to check on the server, himself and Arai come to legit every main event to see how to improve server performance. It’s quite honestly mind blowing the dedication of them two. I’m glad to say we ran a 200 player civilization event today with absolutely zero TPs drops. Which if you didn’t know is quite literally insane. This host time to time again has clutched up huge moments for me and I’m hyped to see where this company goes!

Minestone hosting is one of the few Minecraft hosting company’s that I can say is 100% fully worth every penny you spend. Incredibly reliability and customer service that is well over what is expected, If you are looking to get a new server I would 100% recommend Minestone above any other host, without a doubt.

The servers run really well, and if there is ever a problem the support is almost instant unless it is during non business hours.

I've not been using Minestone for too long but I already understand how to use it a lot, the help that I get whenever I do need help is extremely professional. They were able to help me go from an 8 gig server to a 16 gig, Big thanks to Andy for all of the help.

I have been with Minestone Hosting for years. I always use them when I need a Minecraft Server. The website is easy to use, It allows you to set up your services and keep an eye on your server performance. The best part of MH is Andy and his staff. They are very responsive to your tickets and so helpful, capable to solve any of your server problems.

No crashes Maby once but that was 30 ppl in 1.19 running in chunks and good support and all that
