Solid Product, Superstar Team

Wow where to start. You might think for such an agile, small team that Billy.com might be a little lacking on the CRM side of things but that couldn't be further from the truth. Ever since my company took them on as our insurance vendor a few months back, their team has been incredible to work with and couldn't be more responsive. The AI product works really well scrubbing the relevant data from insurance documentation, and the User Interface is very intuitive and simple, so everyone from your computer whizz kids to the folks who maybe didn't grow up using computers can both navigate the system with ease. From the kickoff meeting and brief user training portion, to the everyday problem solving in real time, you would think this company has been doing this for 50 years. Layna and Kelsey are so wonderful to work with, and are seemingly always available when a question or issue arises, that I've wondered if they work 24 hours a day. If they don't get right back to you via the handy instant message feature or by email, they respond super quickly. With a solid product, and a stellar team, you can't go wrong choosing to work with Billy.com.

Billy is totally worth it!!

Layna and Brittany have been outstanding from the very beginning! They've been incredibly responsive, addressing all of our questions and making the transition from MYCOI to Billy smooth and effortless. We chose to move to Billy because, while we had great experiences with MYCOI over the years, we noticed some areas where things were slipping through the cracks. With Billy, we’ve found a team that’s quick to respond and resolve any challenges we face. Additionally, they are very open to feedback and actively share suggestions for system improvements with the team.

Our team found Kelsey's training and follow-up resources to be extremely helpful. We appreciated how she took the time to slow down, dive into our questions and issues, and made sure all loose ends were addressed. Her knowledge was impressive, and she always had an answer for any issue we raised—even if it meant connecting us with someone else who could help. Her enthusiasm for getting things right, particularly when clarifying the differences between Executed and Approved, really stood out to us. Great product and wonderful customer service

Billy has been a wonderful tool for processing insurance certificates quickly and efficiently and their in app chat feature has been extremely useful.

So far I've used the in app chat feature twice to help me figure something out and Layna and Kelsey were very quick to answer my questions and help guide me through step by step.

Strategy Session with Brittany from Billy

We had a great strategic call today with Brittany Page, VP Partner Success with Billy. We have been using the solution for about a year and a half and have been impressed with the efficiencies its provided our team already. Just as important to us is the ongoing training, education and enhancements we have seen. Our call today was more strategic and how we could help each other improve and be more collaborative. We walked away with some potential solutions and follow up items to work on both sides.

This collaboration is vital when choosing a solutions provider. Billy has been great to work with and Brittany has continued to provide front line support for us. We look forward to the continued partnership.

Layna at Billy responded in what seemed like seconds to our original request, and then we quickly worked through multiple issues, and resolved the whole matter quickly. Layna was fantastic to work with, and so responsive !! A pleasant relief from the struggles we sometimes have with other vendors. Great work, Layna !!!

Billy has made it their intention from day one to meet or exceed he expectations on the construction industry compliance, and insurance challenges. @KelseyVanSleen is our company's Partner Success and Implementation Specialist, and her attention to detail and determination to support successful use of the Billy program is exceptional! Our company does not just accept ACORD documents that illustrate insurance coverages, our requirements include endorsements, project-specific forms, enrollment verification to third-party (OCIP) policies, prequalification of vendors to satisfy subguard policies, etc. And Billy has provided us with a suite of tools to accomplish this, and a fantastic team to support our success in their program.
