I live in the US! They were extremely responsive!! I reached out to them about getting my dress before my event! They shipped the same day I ordered! Billy J staff are so sweet!

Billy J has truly set the standard for online retail. Their customer service & customer recovery was nothing short of exceptional. When I emailed them with my issue it was handled quickly and seamlessly, with zero stress on my end. It’s rare to come across a business that takes such ownership and care in resolving problems.
I only wish more online retailers would take a leaf out of Billy J’s book—this is exactly how customer service should be done. Well done guys!!

Received item within time frame. Item didn’t fit so I had hassle free experience with return and even less hassle with refund within days. I will purchase again but will check others reviews as to sizes

I had to return a dress and get another one and Jaclyn, the customer service assistant was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. She was so bubbly and helpful and nothing was a problem to her. She went over and beyond to help me work through the refund process and resend my dress as ‘urgent’ as I needed it for a wedding in a hurry. I have had a few dealings with this company now and their customer service is exceptional and delivery of clothes was very efficient. I would not hesitate in recommending this clothing company to anyone who is looking for a great variety of clothing, exceptional customer service and quick delivery.

I ordered a dress online. The dress arrived efficiently within two days. It smelled of curry and did not fit well. The fabric was not good quality. When i returned the item within the 7 days stipulated they deducted approx $27 for postage although the returns paperwork stated $12. When I queried this I was advised the deduction also included the original postage. This was not easily understood as the site specified free delivery. I found the process confusing and dissapointing.

Items are all different sizing and look like they came from temu - very disappointed - went to return and they only had a 7 day return policy.. Plus you pay for the postage - all care and no responsibility - will never buy again - Buyer Beware !!!!!

Would not recommend or re purchase from this site.
I ordered a two piece strapless top and shorts and the quality is terrible.
Looks like Temu or some local market in Bali.
Made in a sweat shop, smells like vinegar and really disappointed in this item.
Worth about $14.00 with a $79.00 price tag.

I absolutely love Billy J in general, amazing quality clothing. I’m currently 35 weeks pregnant, my husband ordered two of the same dress in different sizes to surprise for an upcoming wedding. He didn’t realize it was store credit for returns if something didn’t fit, unfortunately for me the dresses didn’t fit, I reached out to customer service and Courtney totally took care of the situation with such kindness and promptness. 10/10 cannot recommend this company enough!!!

Customer service was great- they helped me with an issue I had in less than a day and were super kind and responsive. Will def order here again!

I recently made an order for my upcoming elopement chose the company based on reviews, return policy and options available. As the dresses were for my upcoming elopement I ordered 3, picked my favourite and returned the other 2. The service was prompt and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be a return customer 💕

Billy J has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My enquiry was responded to almost immediately, and the team went above and beyond to help—handling my refund quickly, smoothly, and without any hassle.

Because of how easy and positive the experience was, I went ahead and made another purchase straight away. Highly recommend—fast, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused.

Efficient communication and an excellent, seamless refund process and policy. I will continue to purchase from Billy J because of these things.

UPDATE: After posting this, they reached out and offered a full refund (minus the shipping of course). Unfortunately I still think the dress was very low quality but customer service pulled through.

The return policy is extremely frustrating and customer service has been unresponsive. I’m out nearly $200 after receiving a dress that didn’t match the sizing guide, paying to exchange it, and then receiving a second dress with a stain. I’m now being asked to pay again to return it for store credit only. Very disappointing experience.

Oh my gosh, I can't recommend them highly enough! I'd ordered a jumpsuit that had a bright and bold pattern - unfortunately the one I received was mostly white on top, which wasn't the look I was hoping for based on the website picture. My interactions with Brooke in customer service about my concern were exceptional - amazingly quick response, warm and very helpful. I ended up ordering another one of the same piece; it's much closer to what I was hoping for, so I'll return the original. And their delivery time is incredible - three days from Australia to San Diego! I very much look forward to purchasing from them again, and would encourage anyone and everyone to do the same!
