I had to return some items (when received, I felt that item won't be very useful for me). Overall good customer service.

I've experienced a painful purchase with this website

as usual online customer and experienced with such website, I've be meticulously asking for delivery dates and any extra charges.. all was ok for first 72 hours …till they discover by chance that seller gonna charge them a handling fees …who's going to pay ? the customer of Corse…deep disappointed as you have been engaged in other complementary purchase for the kid...Thanks a lot for none sense and marketing lies , they all left out of during bad time and let you confronting this alone with the guy from call center , you take it or leave it strategy is what you will get. frustration to be stuck in such scenario! It’s clear something is wrong with their procedures!

Note: ENOUGH WITH THE SURPRISE ! PLEASE

one of the worst site i dealt with always making excuses saying next weak my items will arrive and keep saying my item is still in customs then lies saying its in transit .. i placed an order in 12 Nov 2019 until now i didn't receive the item
please don't order from binge.ae its a waste of time and money

It's actually our first time to buy in this site and we are so happy that the package was delivered in a very good condition. Also, the customer service is great. They updated us regularly regarding the status of our order.

Very good company , on-time delivery, excellent customer service

It was a great transaction though it was my first time purchasing an item with them. My order came from overseas and was happy i got it as per their estimated delivery date. I had no issue at all with the delivery service. I haven't tried the item i bought but i think there will be no problem with it and it's worth buying for. Thanks

The Binge support team were very efficient, my parcel was delayed by about 2 weeks but the team replied to my emails promptly and liaised with Emirates Post on my behalf. I see from other reviews that problems with ETA may need to be addressed. The quality of my items is good and they were well packaged.

The packaging was very good

Customer service were quick in responding to a pending order and update me with the exact issue on why the order was delayed to be delivered.

One thing they need to improve on is the ETA on the website for the items, as it is far from accurate and there was a delay of 10 additional days compared to what it said at the order confirmation. If there is a delay in shipping form the original supplier for a specific order, then the ETA should be updated automatically with the reason on the order.

Reached on time considering the process it went to. Packaged perfectly, got what I expected.

Beware of liars!!

Ordered on 2 Oct. Estimated delivery time was 9-11, they changed it to 12-14 Oct. But so for not delivered even after 22 Oct.

Guys never ever use their service they have such a poor service. Even they are not updating the date on web.

I got the item I want in this site. Delivery was little bit late but I am satisfied with their service.

I did not expect that my order will come on time because of all the negative reviews. I am thankful that I gamble to order on this site. Definitely I will order again. They are cheaper compare to the other online shops.

First time order for a product from US, received it as assured even though it was a long waiting of around 9days.
There was no follow up, only way I came to know that my product landed UAE is through courier SMS.
Product was delivered in good shape, as described, etc..

I ordered a toy for my son from this site. having waited 5 weeks I emailed them they sent me some ticket number with an automatic email ,they did not even care enough to write a proper message to me.i waited another 4 weeks still no answer. i have now canceled my order and leaving this review to warn others
stay away from them .
