Bought 3x 10L Food Caddies; sadly this turned out to be the same bin that I had already rejected after being bought from another co. (cheaper).....because it seems to me to be too flimsy; and also there is no 'lip' at the front to grab it by.

I could see a big similarity, but because the one from the other co. came unnamed, unlike from this company; different marketing images, and different dimensions given, (incorrect on the binliners.co.uk site), I went ahead and ordered 3.

Added to the fact that they turned out to be the same bin, they were even LESS desirable to me, as they had irrelevant information printed all over them....NOT the plain green as shown in the pictures. Whilst this might not bother many, I'm sure that there are others who would want what they have seen advertised.

Following on from this, communication with this co. was very poor, and much of my time was wasted over weeks……until finally some sort of compromise was reached.

I had wanted to post this review on their site, WITH the item I purchased, which would have been more pertinent/helpful to potential buyers. However, they only give 2 DAYS in which one can post a review!! And as it had passed 2 days, there was nothing I could/they would do. With a review like this up there, I might not have ended up buying these things.

Not a good experience all round.

Emailed and asked for a sample which they were happy to provide. The quality of the bags seem good and I have placed an order, thank you.

Image of the product was not what turned up. Tried to sell me brackets after it arrived, separately but where clearly shown on the picture. Product was £103 and they wanted to charge me £25 to return it. Customer service is dreadful. Avoid this company at all costs!

I have used this company for many years to provide quality wheelie bin liners. As I only use one liner a fortnight, a batch of 4 rolls each of 14 liners lasts 2 years.

I was recently down to my last roll so ordered a new batch, then starting the last roll of the old batch (ordered in 2023). Although the other 3 rolls had been fine, on this last roll the bags had not been sealed at either end. They were therefore useless.

I raised this with them and at their request sent a photograph. They have replied that as the order was so old they are not willing to provide a refund or a replacement roll.

Clearly I cannot be expected to check each roll on receipt. Their decision seems to me to be unreasonable.

The bin liners are supposed to be 200 gauge - not in a million years! They split with an average amount of household rubbish. They are so much thinner than they used to be.

Ordered Clear Bin Liners 160g but received non clear bags and much lower than 160g, Contacted to return and they want 12.50 to return an item falsely advertised. Buyers beware you might not get what you think from this company buy somewhere else.

The best bin bags I have ever used. Great strength and size and biodegradable. Fantastic.

The ordering process is straightforward and informative. My order was delivered 48 hours after placement. The pricing is clear and displays both with and without VAT.
The bags are of good quality. We use them on a community litter bin and have not experienced any tears.

I love the wheelie bin liners. They are a good size, fit the bin and are really strong and enver rip or tear. Ideal for keeping your bin clean. I have hardly any wasps or blue bottles around the bin since using these liners.

Ordered the items on the 13/06/25
After a week told by BinLiners.co.uk that it couldn't be delivered because my "business premises" were closed. Except it was being delivered to my house which has 24/7 access. Promised it would be arriving the next day. They would monitor the situation and phone me back. Never called back. Never arrived. This happened on several occasions over several days. Promised it would be there the next day, promised they would call back. In EVERY occasion it NEVER arrived and they NEVER called me back. I tried on 3 occasions to speak to a supervisor or line manager and on each occasion I was refused access to speak to anyone. I asked for a call back and was told they couldn't guarantee that, it could be an email. The customer service was absolutely atrocious and there was zero attempt to resolve the situation. There was no hiding the fact that the supervisors would not speak to customers and used every excuse to refuse. My order has still not been received and I would advise anyone to avoid this company because they have no interest in helping their customers or resolving any issues.

Apparently bought 200 x 200 gauge black refuse sacks.
These are of minimal quality and no more than 120 gauge. Having now read the TRUE Trustpilot reviews of this company, I believe I have been scammed and will attempt to get my money back through paypal.

Not as described on their website as the bin liners are not the gauge that they describe. When asked for a review these then go through a filter and the 1 stars (would give 0 if I could) do not get put on their website. Avoid or be disappointed.

Bought some 200 gauge thickness bin liners. They turned up and they are very very thin not at all what I was expecting. Slow to get a response out of customer services. Hoping I get a refund but yet to have it.

Also the bags I ordered had 28 glowing reviews on their website. These must be fraudulent as there doesn't seem a way for me to leave a review - so I'm unsure how anyone else left a review!

Ordered heavy duty bin liners and received thin bags that are obviously no thicker than standard bags.
Advertised as 200 gauge (50 micron) but received 120 gauge (30 micron) bags. Easily measured with digital callipers but company refused to accept that their bags are substandard and tried fobbing me off with some story about using more economical materials that are thinner but just as strong. Rubbish (excuse the pun)
Anyway, the credit card company did a charge back for me so anyone in my situation that is refused a refund, speak to your card company.

Been using your Bin Liners for years but obviously only order in bulk to save postage.

Anyway, just getting to use 2 of 4 of order below to find what I thought quality has gone down as the bottom kept falling out.

But noted today that the bag is not sealed which is the whole roll. Which is applicable to two rolls.

Can this be replaced see pictures attached.

Surely it wasn't fit for purpose in the first place and obviously as above ordered to fulfil a years supply I didn't unroll to check every bag. Why would you?

Label says Superior Wheelie Bin Liners but unfortunately they are not.

Very disappointed in customer support. Wont be buying from this company again as customer support is RUBBISH.... :) Rubbish do you get it.....
