Tried the overnight oats for the first time & absolutely loved them ! So easy to make, delicious & filling

This product which I have tried before - the low sugar granola is so good! Perfect for yoghurt or just snacking.

I then tried the cocoa overnight oats & oh my god! Absolutely delicious. Like a dessert!! Healthy and so good for you! Totally recommend it to you!! I can’t wait to try some more of there products!

I love the Bio & Me granola. I am really interested in looking after my gut health. The granola is such an easy way to do this. It tastes delicious and is such an easy breakfast or snack.

Larger than normal oat bars, wow read the ingredients and was blown away with all the good stuff, juicy, fruity and really did give my mid afternoon energy slump a kick. Will buy again

I’ve tired the kefir yoghurts and the nutty granola so far in this range. I love that the range is sugar free and most importantly for me gluten free, as I cannot tolerate it. The kefir is so versatile, I’ve used it in many ways, to make dressings, dolloped on dinner - not just for breakfast. I trust dr Megan Rossi and truly believe in her company’s products.

I’ve tried so many of bio&me products and have enjoyed them all. Particularly love their kefir yoghurts & cocoa protein granola! The most important part to me is how great all the ingredients are - my favourite breakfast brand!

I discovered bio & me by accident and it changed my life. As a busy mum I really struggled with time so breakfasts were often missed, but bio & me porridge is conveniently portioned in a disposable cup so I can even prepare then eat on the go. The granola so crunchy and packed with flavour , sprinkled over bio&me kefir is also another favourite of mine ! Bio & me has become part of my day and changed me life, when they say breakfast is the most important meal of the day- they aren’t wrong ! The new found energy I was struggling with is incredible & it’s thanks to bio & me , strengthening me and providing me with that kick start to the day, keeping me full so I’m not reaching for snacks, in turn keeping me at a healthy weight.

Tried blueberry granola for the first time and loved the taste .. it’s perfect not overly sweet like some other brands I have tried, definitely buying again

I absolutely love the granola range, soo tasty and versatile.

I tried the bio&me raspberry and coconut overnight oats. This was my first time trying them and I enjoyed the taste of the seeds in the mix, however I have marked it at 4 stars as I don’t think there was much of a coconut flavour, which I was expecting more coconut from it. I ate it with fresh raspberries and it definitely kept me fuller than eating rice crispies for breakfast, I am interested to try the bio and me granola next!

Vanilla yogurt all the way to help keep th gut healthy. Prefect with granola.

Delicious new breakfast options. The kefir yoghurt is soft and luxurious enjoyed on its own with a little maple syrup or even better with some granola. I’ve tried the pistachio and vanilla which is lovely. Crunchy with a hint of vanilla and of course the taste of pistachio is just perfect. Great for your gut and tastes amazing. Win win

At 34 weeks pregnant with two very active huskies I need all the energy I can get! Bio & Me Super Seedy and Nutty granola has been my breakfast fuel for a number of weeks - yummy with natural yoghurt or milk! I love that it’s packed full of healthy seeds and nuts too so I know I’m getting the good nutrients I need to start the day

As a mom, it’s really important for me that breakfast is not only tasty but also healthy. This cereal with grains and apple pieces has honestly become one of our favorites. My child eats it with удовольствием because the apple adds a natural sweetness without it feeling too sugary.

After this breakfast, my child isn’t hungry during the first lessons at school and has steady energy to stay focused. That’s exactly what I want in the morning — something filling, nourishing, and good for concentration.

I feel good about the ingredients: whole grains for long-lasting energy and fiber, and real apple pieces for natural flavor. It’s a simple, wholesome breakfast that works perfectly for busy school mornings ❤️

i emailed bio&me regarding if they had discontinued the ‘strawberry multigrain puffs’ cereal as i couldn’t find them anywhere! they replied within 24 hours giving me the sad news that it was discontinued, however Bella from the bio&me team straight away recommend me alternatives that would be similar along with a discount code which was just so unexpected!
coming from a girl in recovery from anorexia/eating disorder, i honestly go through a box of their ‘protein’ granola every couple of days and it is a major comfort food for me!
i’ve now placed an order for new granolas and i can’t wait to try! exceptional customer service :)!!

I tried the oats and yoghurt and the taste was heavenly! and quite affordable too. Perfect for gut health and to get your fibre in. Easy to find in any Holland and Barrett store
