Always a quick dispatch packed really well great products

After using a sample set of some of biogenic’s products me and my husband found them so good that I had to repurchase his favourite for his birthday! Can’t wait till it’s my turn! Are they the cheapest? No but i definitely think you get what you pay for, I’ve used cheaper brands with nowhere near the same level of effect. Will definitely be purchasing again when I can.

Love the product. When bag was lost with usb charger. The man on the phone had a replacement sent out same day. Great experience all round.

We were lucky enough to find out about the Biogenic CBD oil through a family member. The customer service is excellent and I now have introduced a number of family members and friends taking the CBD oil now to help with anxiety and ADHD symptoms. I also tried the serum for my face and am delighted with the results.

The product I received was faulty and all emails I sent to the company provided addresses have bounced. I have also had no response from the website contact-us messaging portal. I have, therefore, been unable to return the product and receive either a replacement or refund.

It doesn’t do anything, it hasn’t eased the pain of having sex, I am post menopausal thin wall, dry and tear easily I was hoping for a miracle and don’t think there is one 🥲

The product is great but it’s so expensive and they charged me £6.80 for standard shopping which is a shame. It means I won’t order more regularly but there you go, pricing is key!!!

The pipette doesn’t work, so it’s very difficult to extract the oil in a measured controlled way.

My first order, facial oil, got damaged in the post, resulting in most of it leaking onto the packaging. The customer service I received was second-to-none. Response to my email was fast and I was reassured that this was a rare occurrence. A second bottle was dispatched and delivered in double-quick time. This experience made me think that Biogenic is a company that cares about it's customers (quite a rarity!) and is pulling out all the stops to create an excellent reputation. Fabulous! The products - face cream and oil are pretty amazing, too.

I have been using various products from the Biogenics range - from the balms to the face and body oils - and am a big fan of this brand. The balms brought great relief to my painful shoulder (cooling balm), and the face oil feels incredibly nourishing and rich, without being slimy, as some oils can be. Great products - I won't travel without the balms now!
