Was buying some stuff 2-3 times from this shop. Don’t understand why people so unhappy with this service. My cases was absolutely fine. On Friday i make an Order and on next Monday my package was already shipped. I guess all delivery times takes around 3-4days. About quality of products cant say nothing because i not tested in labor.

Lieferung dauert 3-5 tage und der support antwortet meistens auch am selben tag.
Produkt sind definitiv nicht fake.
Diese Fake bewertungen hier sind lächerlich.

Send bank transfer 134 euros after 3 days payment was rejected and i got a refund of 77 euros the rest of the money gone. Costumer service no response. SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

In November I placed an order with Biolabshop. Shortly after, my credit card was used in other countries for suspicious transactions in restaurants and casinos. My bank confirmed that my credit card details were leaked.
I almost never use my credit card, only for Biolabshop. This makes it very clear to me where this data breach came from. When I searched online, I also found that I am not the only one: many other customers who ordered between November 2025 and January 2026 reported exactly the same issue and suffered hundreds of euros in damages.
I do not know whether this was an unintentional data breach or something else, but under European law (GDPR), a company is required to inform its customers within 72 hours in case of a data breach. Biolabshop did not do this. This makes them responsible for the damages in my opinion, and I expect to be compensated.
I have sent two emails about this issue and have received no response for more than 10 days. Via WhatsApp I do get replies, but the person who responds is disrespectful, avoids my questions and sounds angry. The worst part is that they are lying. When I asked if they were aware of the data breach, they said no, while I have proof that other customers already complained about this and that Biolabshop even replied to some of those reviews on Trustpilot. So they clearly knew about it, but denied it to me.
To be fair, the products were eventually delivered to me. I see in other reviews that for some people this does not happen, but in my case everything arrived. However, delivery usually takes around 14 days, not the 2–4 days that are promised.
About the quality of the products, I cannot say much. So far I have not noticed much effect. Some people say they receive placebos or even water, but I cannot confirm or deny that.
In summary: I strongly advise avoiding this company. They lie, do not take responsibility, have very poor and disrespectful customer service, and handle customer privacy and credit card data extremely irresponsibly. This is a company I will never use again.

The products are fake. You can ask for a test at your local labaratory and you can also find it out. They do not reply emails at all. This is a scam company.

I placed an order on this website, but it has still not been shipped. It has already been two weeks. Customer support does not respond to emails or phone calls. They replied with just one word on WhatsApp and then stopped responding.

Stay away from these scammers. The websites are fake. They are actually based in Poland, although the company claims to be registered in the United Kingdom

Don´t know what everybody has, but they are legit. Their Retatrutide is amazing. Lost 15kg in 2 Months. Some peptides are underdosed like the bpc 157 with 100mg, but then I took the 200mg and it worked well for my ellbow pain. For people that live in Europe, this is a legit source.

De artikel was niet bruikbaar voor ons, de refundprocedures gevolgd, via mailresponse al de procedures goed gevolgd, extra DHL moeten betalen van ca. 12 euro, want dat bekostigen ze niet, geretourneerd, maar mijn 70 euro werd nog nooit teruggestort. De verdere emailverkeerd werd genegeerd door hun. Grofweg: 82 euro gestolen van me, ik zou zeggen: hier niet mee aan beginnen.

I ordered three products. Only two came.

I had to write to get to know the third was going to be delayed. I had to write again to remind them to send it finally.

Then I opened up one of the first sent products and found there was a powder instead of a liquid inside the flask. I tried to dissolve it anyway, but ended up with strange lumps and a non-clear substance.

I wrote to them. The first answer was that this is normal. I asked how that could be normal if the liquid should fit through a sprayer. I didn't get any answer anymore.

I wrote again to ask whether I will get any answer, but no answer still. So it was not that tmy message had been lost/overlooked or anything alike, they just didn't care.

This makes me feel uneasy about the quality of the other products. You have to habe a trustworthy supplier for something like this. So I am not feeling good about using any of them and thus will not usw them.

Ordered Epithalon spray. Did nothing. Plus the bottle was a cheap quality. Both bottles were a struggle to use.waste of money

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my life, im 6 weeks contacting them to open an investigation with the courier service that lost my package, and Instead of opening the investigation they just keep replying saying there isn't much they can do and to send the order number again, which ive done now 5 times. An absolute disgrace of a company when it comes to customer service

I have placed a few orders with Biolab Shop, and have been decently satisfied EXCEPT that they have sent me peptides that expire within 1-2 months of my order, which is annoying because I bulk order with the intention of using over a period of time while I cycle. After the second time they sent me a nearly expired product, I emailed customer service and let them know I was not satisfied. No response. It's been a week and no one cared to reply.

The shipment never arrived and got returned to sender. they don't respond to emails, they respond to website chat sometimes, but even then tried to avoid refunding me. If it wasn't for Paypal, i wouldn't have gotten my money back

So far they have failed to reply or otherwise react to my email regarding error in payment (I've paid a bit too much). Sent mail regarding the issue five days ago and have yet to get any kind of reply.

Should Biolabshop continue ignoring said request I'll ask my bank to cancel the entire transaction in two days should Biolab fail to react

Selling fake peptides, avoid at all cost, they delete forum each month so new people cant figure this out, all of their products are fake!!

I order the product and pay. A couple of weeks later I get notice from UPS that I have to pay to receive my package, which was still in Poland. So, I pay the money and a week later I check on the tracking on UPS website and it says the package never left Poland and that it was lost! So, I contact biolab and informed them. They said they would issue a refund but never did! Very suspicious!!!

Placed an order that came through then my friend placed the next order Paid €126.00 for bpc157 TB 500 mix x 2 and bacteriostatic water and all i recieved was a tracking code , No satisfaction whatsoever ...STAY AWAY
