Thank you very much Suk, we rely on our patients to recommend us and our services, and we are very grateful for it. We have introduced a general wellbeing test that covers Full blood count, anaemia, diabetes, cholesterol and vitamin D on website that a lot of the community could benefit from and there is a 10% discount with the code 'happy.me'.

Dear Ms Eunice,
We apologise that you did not find the service to your satisfaction at this time. We pride ourselves on providing an efficient service, our phlebotomists are trained to draw blood with minimal discomfort and as quickly as possible to reduce pain. Your test was carried out using a CE IVD marked validated assay and we endeavour to provide results as quickly as possible, in your case we were able prioritise your specimen as requested. We always recommend you discuss your test results with a qualified physician and if there are any further follow up tests required, we would be happy to carry them out. We apologise we couldn’t confirm the price at the time because we were offering a 25% discount at the time not available on our website, which was applied to you. The normal price for the test is £96.00. If there is anything we could assist with please do not hesitate to contact us.
