Since I placed an advert, I have been getting WhatsApp messages from Ukraine. Apparently, a Business Manager started the correspondence with "Hello". I have blocked the number, and it does leave a not very comfortable taste, being a secure site for selling medical equipment.

I asked the support team for information about the device. They gave wrong information, that the device sold has functionalities, that it does not have! Also the manufacturer refuses to answer questions about how to use the other model of device, they sell, because I did not buy the first device not from the official online shop. This is not a professional customer service and it makes very bad impression to give wrong information, in order to convince people to buy their product! Very disappointing!

I love this machine. It works! I have bought 2 of them. I just purchased my second one a few months ago. Just saw they came out with new one. I asked to have my machines updated and they said not possible. That’s it! This is over 600 dollars each. I will make sure everyone knows how they do businesses. A special shout out to Simon Parks who pushes this machine.

I ordered a trinity device from this company and it got lost in the post, despite numerous emails regarding this lost device and promises of a replacement, nothing got resolved. Now there is a blanket silence from the seller who is not returning any emails.
Terrible experience of trying to blame me for the lost parcel and for me to deal with royal mail, not to mention the device that did not arrive via royal mail.
