Getting use to taking two teaspoons of little pellets. Chasing the pellets with water truly helps. First week went well. Sleeping better!! Can’t wait to see how I feel after 3 months.

Extremely bad customer support
I ordered a 1 time supply to test it, it was on sale for whatever - which turned out to be a fake sale and I was actually paying the normal price. When I realized that I ordered a 3 month supply I went in to cancel (which they make impossible) because I thought i had already paid for the 3 months with my 1 time sale payment, but no its well over $200 charged over 3 months for these "vitamins".
You cant remove your credit card from file, it wont let you, and it won't let you cancel until all payments are made so they will force charge you. My bank actually flagged them as a scam without me even calling them, which is how i found out i was being charged still. so I canceled my card to stop it. I have email proof and offered to send it all back but because its "tailored to you" they said no and the only way to stop the harassment- I need to pay.
These "vitamins" are a scam and not worth it at all. I would maybe pay 25 a month at most. You can see the same issues and reviews from all the other 1 star people. Its a scam, dont fall for it.

I canceled my Bioniq subscription and…
I canceled my Bioniq subscription and was told in writing that January was my last payment. Then I was charged again for February anyway. No clear authorization, no vitamins received for that charge, and it turned into a time-consuming mess.
Pricing also wasn’t clearly disclosed. I was told “$79/month for 3 months of vitamins,” but the actual charges showed up higher once fees were added.
I’m currently demanding: a full refund for the February charge, written confirmation all subscriptions are canceled (for Chris Tabaldo and Tayona Tate), and deletion of Tayona Tate’s data. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company.

It’s been only a 5 days since i have started taking Bioniq. So far I’m feeling pretty good. It is very convenient as well. I used to take 10-15 pills every day. It has made my life so easier. Thank you bioniq.

So far I’ve been taking my personalized vitamins and I can say I feel a little more energized than I would use to feel. Also I don’t know if it’s from the vitamins or not, but I’ve become regular going to the bathroom. The down side to it is that the little granules are hard to swallow when just taking it with water. It goes down smooth with a smoothie or taking it with yogurt but sometimes that’s not always an option for me. I think you should have an option to get the granules add to a capsule. For the most part love that I’m getting everything that I specifically need for my body in a three month supply. Wish I was able to give 4.5 stars
