The subscription is basically a one-way street. It’s impossible to cancel it using the link they provide. The “cancel” button is always inactive and doesn’t lead anywhere when you click it.
Since I couldn’t cancel through their system, I blocked my credit card to stop further charges. After several failed payment attempts, I received an email from Bioniq clearly stating that my subscription had been cancelled and that I was no longer enrolled.
Later, after I unblocked my card, they charged me again for a “new” subscription. I contacted them, shared their own email confirming the cancellation, and explained that my subscription had already been cancelled. Despite this, they kept insisting that I use the same non-working link to cancel a subscription that, according to them, was already cancelled.
Now they’ve started threatening me with extra charges if I don’t pay.
I’m writing this as a warning. Once you subscribe, you may face the same situation. Be aware.

I enjoyed the personalized quiz. I felt it provided results tailored to my needs. They delivered my shipment promptly, and even though I've only been taking the supplements for just over a week, I have already noticed a change. Even though it's just a slight uptick in energy and sleep, it's enough to get me excited about the next few months. I enjoy the method of taking these far more than shoving a handful of vitamins every day; it's really convenient. My only question/complaint is why the omegas aren't included in the formula and can only be obtained separately. Other than that, I am happy with the purchase and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

DON’T BUY THIS STUFF! Worst experience ever with customer service. After being told that I was getting a deal on a one month supply I thought that I was just paying for the one month only to find out that I’m sent a three month supply and I am being charged the next two months in a row twice the amount that I initially paid I immediately tried to send the product back unopened and received an email response two weeks later, telling me that the time had expired for me to get a refund and that there was nothing that they could do to remedy the situation. Basically I got scammed into spending almost $300 on bullshit.

Customer Service is Awesome. The best I have ever experienced with any company. Their response is lightening fast , transparent , informative . My 2 questions were answered promptly . Moving was going to be a pain…
So I had paused my delivery due to moving. I tried to restart it after moving, and I missed something, it looked like I was just going to keep getting charged and no product, I emailed Bioniq about it. I got a response within 24 hrs and it was a simple fix, they restarted my delivery to my new address and I got a shipping tracking number within another 48 hours. Very happy with the customer service and the product!
