This company has excellent products and the world's worst customer service. It took three calls to place an order as the phones did not work properly. I waited three weeks only to discover today that the order had been cancelled due to a change in their system. I'll find another source for these products.

I love the product, but the website is a little difficult to navigate.

I have ordered several products from this company and have had delays in shipping and delivering. Customer service is not very helpful. The same product can be ordered from Amazon and received in the next day or two. BiOptimizer takes up to
6 or more days and sometime longer. Be aware of this before you order.

Every batch is different and drives me crazy, last bottle i have purchased was amazing I just had benefits, bottle before that was giving me allergic reactions.
I just have purchased another one from amazon like two weeks ago and this one is giving me allergic reactions again. My throat is literally closed today. I don't think I will be buying again, cant explain why I'm reacting differently to each bottle other than they don't have proper quality control. I don't think I will be buying anything again from Bioptimizers.

Sorry I love product but I purchased on their website which cost me $15 dollars more. Buy on magnesium breakthrough website, which cost 15 less. Big difference. Called their website, but couldn’t help. Very disappointed.

I have used Magnesium Breakthrough for 6 months. I take two in the morning and 2 at bedtime. I noticed a difference in my bowels within a week. I have more energy, sleep better, and more peaceful overall. I've tried a lot of different supplements but I staying with this one!

Customer service has been inadequate and unresponsive. I am especially disappointed at the lack of communication regarding my Biotribe subscription. After completing the 1st month and customizing my plan, I still received the original configuration. I had to call twice to get the order moving, but I still haven't been able to get anyone on the phone to discuss my order or my plan. I finally had Abeo B contact me by email last week, but they have not responded to my 2 emails requesting them to call me. I've spent quite a bit of money with BiOptimizers and really enjoy the products, but I really don't feel valued as a customer.

I came across this site and was specifically interested in the magnesium supplement and decided to also order the enzymes and I love both products and how I feel. I will be reordering

Since using MassZymes my food sensitivities haven't been noticeable anymore resulting in no migraines.

BiOptimizers is the best. I have been using their supplements for a couple of years and am very happy with the quality.

To be 100% honest, I cannot be sure of this is actually helping my chronic insomnia (which is the main reason I tried it) because I seem to cycle multiple times throughout the year; decent sleep for a few weeks, no sleep for weeks. I can, however, say that I've taken this magnesium supplement consistently now for nearly six months, and I HAVE been sleeping better than before I started it. I also tend to think it may be helping with my clarity of mind, too.

The enzymes of just simply amazing. Was honestly a bit skeptical at first, but it is unbelievable that I can eat almost whatever I want without any signs of bloating or gas.
