The poduct Magnesium Breakthrough was easy to buy, and arrived on time. I am using it for two months and I like it, I hope I will feel better in some more months.

Everything is great ! You guys even remembered to ship my order in a box this time, I appreciate alot. Because FedEx destroyed the paper package that you guys shipped it in last time. I gave 4 stars instead 5 only because there isn't a choice to choose in Canadian dollars. So that before you click on your order you already have an idea of what the total would be in Canadian dollars. That way your not guessing what the total amount will be. I think people would be more willing to order if you put that exchange rate in.

I received my order and it contained an item I did not order, but was missing one that I did order. I sent an email and got a reply right away. They immediately shipped me the missing item and did not even ask me to return the one I had received in error. Great service!

I thought this product was severely overpriced for what it is. I didn't notice any significant difference taking this compared to other quality magnesium supplements I've tried, other than this costing 2-4x other brands. Not to mention their website with all the "exclusive offers" that pop up before you're allowed to purchase it and the pamphlet recommending you take an entire bottle a week for 6 weeks to reset your body and cure all that ails you for the low low price of a few hundred dollars... Absurd marketing gimmick and sounds potentially dangerous as that's wayyy over the RDA.

Your delivery is bad...I still haven't got my order or updates.....once it goes to the post office...you have no idea.

I was a little annoyed when it came to billing this highly expensive vitamins. I didn’t have a number to call to explain what the company did when it went to my bank incorrectly. You know everyone hates that especially people who are a fixed income.

The products are great! Have changed my life. However it says free shipping and yet I have to pay the FedEx fees. Don’t understand the FREE part of it

I have been extremely satisfied with the products and have found they are extremely beneficial. I take them before meals and have been taking Kapex first thing in the morning and find the digestion has improved. I highly recommend Biooptimizers!
