I made a purchase and I put the wrong address my order was placed at 11:30 pm and they got back to me immediately!!! That is not heard of nowadays they were very helpful and got it to the right address with in 20 minutes of me sending the email! This Brand is great overall great products and great customer service! I have personally seen there head covers in person from a friend and they are amazing quality at a very good price! I would recommend this brand if you are looking for a funny and good quality hard cover at a really good price. Nick from birde boss you are amazing!!!!

I purchased a few head covers for a birthday gift. When my order was delivered my package was stolen. I reached out to birdie boss to see if I could get a discount code to reorder. To my surprise they replaced my order at no additional charge. They truly went above and beyond. Also great quality on their products.

First off, I would like to say this is one of most genuine leather gloves with graphic designs I've found yet. I love the designs and prints. The quality of the print and glove is top notch. The only thing I noticed is the stitching needs to be looked at more carefully. The stitching on the "birdie boss" emblem is already coming apart after one round of play. Otherwise, I love these gloves! I am going to be buying many more!! I would love to see some cool collabs like mor Happy Gilmore, Caddy Shack, Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Team USA/Europe, top players country flags. I would love to see more shades of blue and pink! The glove also upheld through the whole round without staining the white palm of the glove. I'm definitely going to be buying many more! I gave 5 stars but the stitching really needs to be addressed!

Awesome headcovers for super cheap! The material is high quality and looks exactly as advertised. Plus I had a problem in shipment and received more than I ordered and they asked me to keep it in support. 5/5 product and customer service!

Nick and the customer service reps over at birdie boss always take care of you no matter what the issue! I’ve been ordering merch from BB over the past couple years, there has never been any major issues with any of their products but example there was an issue with an item recently so I reached out to them and my issues was handled promptly and to my satisfaction!!!

My 1st hat was ordered, paid for and showed up like 2-3 days later! It was quick. Unfortunately, the hat was damaged. I emailed the Support Team and within 24 hours they already had a new hat in the mail, hassle free! I was happy with this experience. Hat is sick looking as well!

First, the product options are great! I was looking for matching hats for our women's golf league and found the cutest ones.
Second, their 2 for $49 sale was insane so I scooped up four matching hats (super easy check out). Then after paying, I ran into a little frustration about delivery because the date kept getting pushed back. I emailed customer service after the date was changed the second time and they not only offered to reach out to the carrier for the accurate status, but they also gave me a partial refund. The hats arrived and the quality is impeccable, the colors are vibrant, and I can not recommend them enough!

Great Products and Customer Service
I purchased a collection of shirts, driver covers and ball markers for myself and to support a local charity that supports our local high school golf team.
The driver covers and ball markers were high quality and will add a bit of fun to everyone's golf game. One of the two shirts went out of stock after I made my purchase. Customer service were very supportive and we worked out a very favorable response.
Overall, it was a great retail experience. It was so good, I just ordered another almost $350 worth of other Birdieboss items for our group.

Ordered a birthday gift from Birdie Boss- everything was perfect! My order came quickly and correctly. Absolutely loved the fit on the shirts. The shirt was perfect fit on my body and had a little stretch due to the material. Very good and high quality material. The glove just felt good on my hand. I truly like all the designs.

The worst way to ship a hat. They put it in a plastic bag and ship it out. No protection at all. What a joke. They won’t even let you leave a review on their website. Wont buy from them ever again.
