Liked a top, little bit pricier than high street but order as company registered in Dublin i assumed it was UK based.
However a week later, still no top, checked tracking and everything is ordered in from China. Its just a web hosting site which is so misleading.

I ordered a microwave beginning November - didn’t arrive on time, I contacted them they said another week. They stopped responding and the microwave never arrived.

Took my money, no product delivered and wont answer emails. Do not use this company.

From start to finish, the service is professional and dependable, with customer satisfaction clearly a top priority.

Ordered some pans, after 4 weeks and no sign of the pans asked for an update on the order and they said it would be another week. I still didn't receive the pans. They did at least refund me without too much trouble.

DONT GO NEAR THEM SCAMMING BASTARDS NEVER GOT PRODUCT

Support asked very fast to my Ticket. Received my order after 4 days.

Purchased a tumble dryer, it didn't turn up on the 22/11/25 and was told it would be 30/11/25 didn't turn up and no reply from company, have gone through the credit card to get money back

Top store with fair prices. The free delivery and simple return option give you confidence when shopping online.

The present for my granddaughter just didn’t arrive - this was heartbreaking

I strongly advise against using the services of this pseudo-shop with good offers.
The money was taken immediately, but the product never arrived. No response to emails, and no one answers the phone.

IT NEVER CAME SO I EMAILED THEM AND GOT THE ONLY RESPONSE FROM THEM WHICH STATED 28TH AND AGAIN NO DELIVERY. I EMAILED THEM GOT NO REPLY AND TRIED TO RING THE NUMBER THATS ON THE WEBSITE IT DOESNT EVEN RING OUT. SO YH WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM CAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET THR ITEM!!! THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE DONE BY THEM SELVES WHICH ARE ALL FAKE. FOR PEOPLE WHO THINK WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY CONTACT YOUR BANK AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I think the worst type of people in this world are people like you guys. big up BIRISHOP YOU BIG SCAMMERS. Im a hard working single parent...with 2 young children. May I add i have a very little income I receive monthly I needed a dryer. I left my self out of pocket for 2 weeks. Ive waited over a month for this not to be delivered,no tracking number, no update, no communication at all. I waited in a full day for the dryer not the turn up. And you have my money. Your number doesn't even ring, I should of known,looks dodgy. Scruffy behaviour

Ordered a condenser dryer beginning of November, told it would be here 22/11 and apologised for it being a delayed delivery. Waited until then, nothing turned up. Offered a 10% discount and a new date of the 28/11 with a 20% refund. Waited in all day on the 28/11, no delivery, no response via e mail, the mobile number doesn’t work. DO NOT TRY TO BUY FROM THIS SHOWER OF SHITE!

Appalling service and starting to think this is a scam. Item ordered over a month ago and still not received. Poor communication and multiple days advised for delivery but never arrived. Do not use!

Surprisingly easy return process for a lamp that didn't match my room. Everything was handled quickly and the refund came promptly.

Dirty rotten scammers. They sent an email saying I will receive my refund within 5 working days it's now 8 working days and still no refund and they wo t reply to any of my emails and the number on here no one ever answers!!!!! Beware people dont waste you time or kiney on these people. I have reported them as fraudulent to ny bank and I'm contacting all agencies to have this company closed down

Especially love the wide selection of modern lights and kitchen appliances. The photos and descriptions matched the items perfectly.
