Great Company and Customer Service

I purchased my ring about 5 or 6 years ago. I lost a baguette out of it and I called. I sent the ring in, they replaced the baguette and only charged a small amount for labor. My ring was returned polished and looking absolutely beautiful. Rebecca is amazing and gives the best customer service ever! I also have a second ring I purchased three years ago. The quality is outstanding on all of their jewelry!

They did a great job from start to finish. Communication was solid, and anytime I asked for an update, they responded quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. The ring looked exactly like the photos and fit perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience and will definitely use them again.

Apparently overnight shipping is not


Apparently overnight shipping is not overnight. Communication is nonexistent. Sent an email to check the state of my order, no reply. This is my fourth purchase with them. Quality product. Horrible shipping, and even worse customer service.

regarding the shipping, we want to clarify that selecting 'Overnight Shipping' refers to the transit time after the item is produced. As noted at checkout, our standard production time is about 10 business days. However, we were happy to rush this order for you, completing and delivering it between Dec 22nd and Dec 30th—much faster than our standard lead time.

We apologize if our email communication was missed, though we were glad to connect with you on the 29th to update your shipping address. We value your business and hope to serve you again.

Patience will pay off

A stone fell out of one of my rings - It took a little work to get in contact with customer support, and communication was spotty. But when I did connect with them it was great customer service. I sent in a few other rings for polishing, too. In the end my pieces were returned looking brand new. Good quality and craftsmanship!
