Great experience with hiring a tens machine and buying an aromatherapy kit.
Tens machine hire was problem free. I sent it back late and got a friendly reminder via email and a prompt response to a query which was much appreciated. Glad I hired rather than bought as I'm sure I won't need one again.
Would recommend this company.

Very easy and straightforward to use, definitely helped me during 1st labour stage. I really liked the way it times your contractions so you don’t have to worry about them and can be ready for the next one.

Really prompt delivery with everything you need, clearly labelled and with instructions.
Really easy to return too. A great company!

An amazing company. I used the tens machine hire for my wife’s labour and it was amazing from start to finish. Communication was spot on, instructions so clear with additional quick start printed guide and price brilliant.

Fantastic. Birth-ease sent out the tens machine as stated. The equipment was in excellent condition and with very clear instructions on how to test the machine before labour and during labour.
Really recommend birth-ease. Completely fuss free. Really easy to return. Plenty of time between your due date and after, you can request an extension as well. Brilliant.

I heard a lot that tens machine doesn’t help but decided to order one just in case and try it out and it was the best decision. I am so glad I did it. It helped me so so much with early contractions. I took it off when I was 8cm already and went to the pool as unfortunately it’s not allowed to use it in water otherwise I would leave it even longer. It really helped with pain management in early contractions and it did help to divert my mind from pain in later stages as well

Very easy process, I didn’t end up using it as had a emergency c section so can’t talk about product but I sent back a few days ago and already had a email to say it’s been received. Great service

The tens machine was so important for both of my labours to help with pain. The service was easy to use and the product was excellent. I'd highly recommend.

Couldn’t have got through my early labour at home without this TENS machine, Birthease hire made it super easy, I ordered a little later than I maybe should have done but it arrived promptly and was easy to set up and use with instructions and spare batteries. My advice would be to get a spare set of pads when ordering as my labour ended up being a long one and my partner had to keep nipping to Boots for replacements and they were much more expensive from there than from Birthease. Easy to return in prepaid packaging ready to post. I’ve recommended Birthease to a number of pregnant pals already.

I rent the TENS machine for my birth and highly recommend Birth-ease! I used a TENS machine as a main pain reliever along with gas and air for the birth. The machine came with new spare batteries and new pads. So I feel it is clean and hygienic which made me feel comfortable using it. Also prompt delivery and return is included in the price.

I used a TENS machine for my induced labour, which lasted 4 days. It was very helpful in the initial days and I was glad I had ordered it.
The machine arrived earlier than expected, the service was good and instructions were clear (I'd never used a TENS machine like this before and everything was very easy to follow and set up), everything I needed was included in the pack.
I'd recommend trying it out on your arm before labour starts as suggested, so you know how everything works (as well as to check the batteries are fine etc) and aren't fiddling around with it for the first time when in pain!

I hired a TENS machine from Birthease for my recent labour. Great service, quickly dispatched. It was easy to return the TENS machine after use.
I’ve used TENS machines for 2 labours now. I couldn’t have done it without the TENS - an absolutely essential piece of birth kit IMO.

Such a great service, the tens machine turned up when expected, well packaged with everything you need including the batteries and the prepaid returns envelope to bung it in and send back. I was able to pop it straight in my birthing bag and it was a huge help in early labour. The prepaid service means you can get the postie to collect it from your door which is super helpful with a newborn. Fantastic company!
