Dear all.
Unfortunately, what most of you described has now happened to me... I've ordered a watch for my husband in October and until now nothing was received. Supposedly I should have received it 3 or 4 weeks later.
I also tried to reach out to them, by email and by phone, but I had no success.
This is outrageous and the people involved should be punished. Is it a fake company?
How can I get my money back??? Or even better: how can I receive what I've ordered??

Stole my money, refuses to contact me back. I am so angry with this “company”.

Do not buy!
I spent 60$ on a nice watch for my dad great gift said 5-10 business days and it has been a month and nothing else. No tracking number so I contacted them and I got nothing back.

I got myself a ring for my 51st Birthday. I had it 6 months. The gem fell out. I contacted the company right away with a picture of the ring and my order history. They sent a new one a few weeks later no charge or shipping. Its prettier than the original and made better.
If someone has an issue, I encourage you to contact them and hive them a chance to fix it .

I am so angry this company is not a true company. They take your money and cause you tons of headaches.
I feel like I committed the crime, having to change banking information and such.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING - IT IS A SCAM

This company is a SCAM! Do not order from them.. ordered weeks ago, they took money off my CC immediately, however have not answer any of my multiple telephone msgs, emails ect! Out hundreds of dollars and am now looking to see if charge can be reversed by my credit card company!
Buyer beware, do not do it, I guarantee you will regret it! :( So disappointed!

Ordered earrings for a present on the 1st October - 1 email to confirm purchase and have so far received nothing! Quite happily took my money within 3 days ... Have emailed them twice, with no response. I'm assuming I will not be getting the earrings! DO NOT use this company .... what an absolute scam.

I ordered a watch on 10/16 and I still have not received it. I have called and sent emails with no response. This is a scam and I want my money back!

Scam website. Not a real business and cannot get in contact with anyone real. Registered via a contact privacy company in Toronto Canada. Why hide if it's a legitimate business?

I ordered something from birthstone deals and so far I have not received my order! Can’t get a hold of them through email or phone, afraid I’ve lost my money.

Ordered a watch from Birthstone Deals / Tee Drop LLC over 45 days ago. I have not received it. I contacted them numerous times requesting an ETA, tracking information, etc. They have not responded. My last email to them bounced back. They have terrible reviews all over the internet, which I wish I had seen prior to ordering from them. The sad thing is ... they also sell police, firefighter and military items. They are scamming the families and loved ones of those who protect and serve.

As the others above,I've been waiting for my paid order since 4th October.No answer to mails.As a part of the cheat,they recently send mails like "be patient,it's on the way",but no tracking nr,and the mails is signed as "Diane"(who hasn't got a second name).

I assure you guys this company is not a scam. I've been ordering products from them multiple items already. I once received an email from them apologizing because of the delayed response and delivery because there was a problem but now, it's all good. Will keep on buying for more :)

Ordered more than a month ago and received nothing. They don't answer emails and calls. Totally a scam! Don't order from them, and they should be removed from fb. I want my money back!

I ordered a watch from them on the 19th sept.

On September 21st, 2018, I have ordered a watch for my son's B-day. (My order ID: BSD56490).

After more than 36 days, in spite of my repetitive e-mails or feedback on their website, "Birthstone Deals" never replied, by sharing a concrete day of delivery.

This suspect and insulting silence points to a scam 'business'.

Unless I'll receive a credible reply from this ... company by October 29, 2018, I'll file a formal complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018.

I ordered a watch for my father for his 50th birthday. I recieved one conformation email that stated i would get a tracking number in 24 hours. I never received the tracking number and never received the watch that i paid for. I tried calling customer service, but the only option is to leave a voicemail. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM. ITS A SCAM. I will now be filing a claim with my bank.

Buyer beware..SCAM Alert. I ordered a watch for my wife’s birthday a month ago. Still have yet to receive it. I have left emails and called the number they give and it is just for an answering machine. No call back. Do not waste your money. This is a scam.
