There 30 day window starts from order date not when you receive it. We had hot weather and wild fire smoke which also delayed getting to ride. Finally got out and tried it and really dislike the saddle. I emailed support because the contact phone number does not work. All you get is AI generated response stating I am out of return window from purchase date.
In Dec of '23 I e-mailed BiSaddle because the frame of my Bonneville distance flexed way to much under pressure. It had seen extensive use but BiSaddle offered to replace the frame no questions asked because they had realized the issue shortly after my purchase and had since upgraded the frame. I received a new frame for the saddle without any extra/shipping cost. Needless to say I was very happy with the service BiSaddle provided. Great to see a company that cares about their customers as much as they care about their products. The saddle is still amazing after many years and it is very comfortable even during 200km rides.
