Absolute scam artists. Taking money for me and providing no service and refusing a refund

ZERO stars if it were possible. This is a subscription trap scam.
I was signing up to UK Biker Cafes website which inform motorcyclists/bikers of biker friendly cafes etc.
Having signed up a banner popped up saying activate account which I did. I later discovered (about 5 mins I had a feeling) that it was in fact an advert, but the word advert was in very small writing.
At no point did I agree to any T&C's but I was informed by BISVAUL.COM OR BISVAULT.COM that they were charging me $39.99 per month. This company is in fact a 'shell entity' registered in the UK as TRIPMODE LTD.
Many small business owners and small cafes
are caught out by B2B payment traps. (source WIKI). They are disguised as business directory listings or admin services.
Fortunately my credit card company were aware of the scam and have blocked all attempts for them to activate a continuous payment authority (CPA).

They are a scamming operator. They somehow managed to steal my bank details and set up a subscription for their 'business' service. DOnt bother phoning or emailing as they just stall and dont follow up. Managed to get it cancelled and repaid by my bank.
