Another win/cash-out $150 JUWA. I win alot on there platform I just can't seem to stop myself from playing it all!! The last withdrawal of $120 i was paid double paid twice, such a sweet surprise. It happend once before on a $450 withdrawal I really thought they made an error but it's a new incentive. They pay out kinda quick just depends when you cash out 1 hour up to 5 hours.

I feel like customer service lacks on actual customer service. It seems like they can never transfer a bonus onto another game when you find out your phone is incompatible with one of their platforms. I asked how long for me to receive my redemption, and was told it could take up to 24 hrs. Anytime that I have had an issue with a game not paying the correct amount, I'm asked to send and resend screenshots yet issue is never resolved. When the game was supposed to retigger bonus for example on life of luxury 2, it never has.

Every withdrawal that I've made has been a smooth process after you get your account approved and withdrawal redemptions squared away the process is really easy. I have played on this site for months now, wasted thousands of dollars and have had no trouble cashing out, as I have been verified since the day I signed up. I cashed out $50 last night. I just submitted a withdrawal request for $300 and it was denied, Now that my drivers license is set to expire in 6 days and asking for a new picture of my new ID, which I don’t have and a picture with me holding it. They said that I can place another request when I receive my new card but that won’t be for another month from now because DMV processing times. Great costumer service

I made a deposit with these lame scammers who lost my deposit somehow and I go to customer service and they’re telling me to provide them with something that they should’ve provided me with the order number and there’s nowhere you could check your transactions. It’s all a scam stay away from them because they’ll just lie and keep your money.
