As offered by bitcasino when depositing for the first time, if there is a loss, they will refund 20% of the lost amount in cashback. I deposited more than $600 and unfortunately I lost, but at this point they refuse to pay me cashback. I contacted them and they asked me to verify my identity twice and I completed the verification but then they said I was abusive and did not pay me cashback. I want them to clarify this issue. I want to know why. Why didn't I receive the money and what did I violate when I was a player and lost all my money. I also see quite a few articles complaining about the problem of them trying to attract players but after losing they find reasons not to pay cashback to players.
I have also filed a complaint with casino Guru and other sites

I am also having problems with this website. When I joined, I also received an invitation. If I lose on my first deposit within 7 days, I will receive a cashback of 20% of the loss. I deposited $800 and unfortunately I lost everything but now they still don't pay me the cashback. They told me to send an email. I used a secondary email to send them because my main email had a problem but they said no. Please support me with another email which is unreasonable. My user is nguyennguyenlam887. Before that, they asked me to fully verify my identity and my account was completely trustworthy, but they always didn't want to pay me cashback.

Well, I`ve made a deposit, all went smooth, but I just hate when companies are offering bonuses with no intentions to actually give them.
Mail was like: We sent a cash reward to your account
There was no rewards, I went to support
They said:

Stay away from this one. Not a bad casino but be careful playing here even if you win their admin never check your case and use every execuse not to pay out. If you want to play at a crypto casino, look elsewhere! Or just go to some bigger sites like bcg or trustdice!

After I won 80$ and try to withdraw, they ask for KYC.
I followed the steps and become verified.
Now they don't answer.
No chat, no mail, no money...
