The worst delivery service you can ask for!

My mom and I were staying at Holiday inn. We ordered food to be delivered I was tracking it and it when suddenly at 9:30 it said it was delivered. I had left detailed instructions for delivery and even texted the driver. Customer service tried to call the driver three times but he would not answer the phone. They credited my account and I had to reorder by the time we got our food it was midnight and I had an early doctor's appointment. I will never use this company again this is the second time we have had food not be delivered.

We appreciate every driver we’ve had. My issues are with the amount of time it takes to receive our food. The last several times ordering it’s taken 1 1/2hrs-2hrs to get our food. When I’ve done live chat because it took forever to get our food & was cold & soggy we’ve gotten a measly $5 credit towards next purchase.

I always have great service and it got to me ten minutes faster than the app said it would arrive! Also I don’t like you changing the name of the app!

Besides the food always sitting and waiting on a driver, I draw the line at their incompetence. I placed an order which sat in queue for over 20 mins. They called and said the restaurant wasn’t responding and asked that I cancel the order and they would refund the amount. I did so, then reordered from a different site which was a lesser amount. I just received my statement which didn’t balance, and I realized I was billed the canceled amount. They refuse to refund or issue a credit as it was past 48 hrs. I am DONE. Call this company any name you’d like…keep rebranding…it is still poorly run.

My food was great but arrived over an hour late. My kids were so hungry . Never again

Don’t use Bite Squad. They will screw up your order. They will not give a damn. I’ve given them a few passes. No more. I’m out.

Michael always delivers my orders as requested, contactless delivery. He also notifies me that my order was delivered at the specified location.

Everything was perfect. I got a message when the driver was on the way. Driver rang the doorbell when my food was delivered and sent me a very nice message to let me know it was on the chair just like I had asked. I’m very pleased with Bite Squad. So glad you were recommended to me by a dear friend.

Food was amazing. Everyone in our office was raving over how great the food was.
My driver was also fantastic and very helpful. Our food arrived about 10 minutes before the scheduled time and everything was correct.

We were new to town, after dropping off all our possessions, all in boxes, it was approaching midnight on a Sunday when the moving van pulled out, and we had not yet eaten - Bite Squad was how we found dinner, and cutlery for that matter.

I’m pushing 65 years old, I was a first time user, it all went flawlessly!

They always cancel my orders. I call the restaurant they say the cancelled from and they say they accepted the order. This service is a joke
