I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an unauthorized deduction from my account. I subscribed to a course for $20, but instead, a total of $345 was deducted.

This discrepancy is unacceptable, and I kindly request a full refund of the $345 charged. I am no longer interested in continuing with the course or your services.

This is my final notice before escalation.
Refund the full $199 + $19 to my original payment method within 3 business days, or I will immediately:
File a fraud chargeback with my bank — unauthorized transaction, supported by timestamped screenshots of my cancellation, my "No thanks" clicks, and your 404 error page.
File a federal fraud complaint with the FBI's IC3 and econsumer.gov, naming GA Solutions LLC.
Publish the full documented case on Trustpilot and every review platform where your company operates.
Refund now and this ends here. I require a human agent — escalate this ticket. Automated responses will be treated as refusal to resolve.

I already paid 19.99 USD, they they automaticaly dedected 56.99 USD again from my debit card. Like this cheating. Now I requested to get back my 56.99 USD. but not answering. I tied to call them not answering and I sent email also by attaching the transaction details also. No chance to get 56.99 USD to back

Can't login to have access to my daily lessons I had paid for a 3 months subscription I had send countless emails to the support team yet no response.

Very fake company. I subscribed for 2 months 29 dollars. I can’t register (wrong token). You send message to their email… no response. This company is totally mischievous! I advise everyone to stay away!

The lack of customer service and transparency is very concerning. I have been left with no choice but to contact my bank regarding these unauthorized charges. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam. I hope they address these issues and improve their customer support, but until then, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

This Bitesy, I am got scammed. I subscribed for $20 course on 02/May/2026. I was debited USD 86 and then again exactly after one month that is today 2/July /2026 . Bitesy debited $99.86 without my consent. This is a cheating. They never respond to info@bitesy nor they have any website. People please be careful.

Total scam!! . I went to buy a simple 2-month subscription for $30, but the app blocks you from completing registration unless you take their AI and Video add-ons. There is literally NO option to skip it. Because of their shady, deceiving UI, I was charged $160 aud

Save your money and your sanity, don't download this garbage.

I registered with you, but I didn't want the Add-ons of €50,28 and €17,47, however you still deducted this from my account.

I see in revieuws this happening a lot.

I want a refund for the add ons as soon as possible.

It's a fraud app. It keeps on charging you though when you approach them well in advance they say we would not charge you BUT they keep charging you, WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Once they charge you THEY DONT REPLY TO YOUR MAILS AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

They assured me 100 percent in the mail (24th June 2026) that be rest assured, Bitesy will not be charging to you for any new subscription but STILL THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT that too THREE TIMES MORE THAN my PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP. I was charged £23 in March 2026 then 2 days ago on (29th June 2026) in June they charged me £70.54 without informing you at all. They don't reply you for your mails after inappropriately taking the money out. They would reply you only in public platforms. (The way they did here).
I need my full refund.

STAY AWAY FROM BITESY. I went to buy a simple 1-month subscription for $20, but the app blocks you from completing registration unless you take their AI and Video add-ons. There is literally NO option to skip it. Because of their shady, deceiving UI, I was charged $116.

They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee, but it's just a lie to look legit. I emailed them for a refund and have heard absolutely nothing back. Save your money and your sanity, don't download this garbage.

I accidentally subscribed to the unlimited plan and AI chat, i would like to request a refund. I haven’t received any response to my refund request email yet. Could you please check the status of my request? Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Bitesy app. I subscribed in March 2026 but barely used the service for even a week.

On June 19, 2026, the app attempted to charge my credit card $95.70, but the payment was declined. Then, on June 26, 2026, the same amount was charged successfully without any prior email, reminder, renewal notification, or explanation.

Charging customers without providing advance notice or a renewal reminder is unacceptable. This feels misleading and has caused me to lose trust in the service. I expected transparency before any renewal charge was processed.

I would not recommend this app unless they improve their billing practices and customer communication.

I purchased a subscription expecting high-quality learning resources, but unfortunately, the content did not meet my expectations. Much of the material was basic and similar to information that is freely available on the internet.

Another major concern was the customer service. I contacted support regarding my issues, but I did not receive a timely response, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. It seemed that customer concerns were not being adequately addressed.

Additionally, after purchasing the subscription, I discovered that access to the AI tutor required an extra payment. This was not clearly communicated beforehand and felt misleading, as I had expected it to be included with the subscription. In my opinion, this pricing approach is disappointing and may leave customers feeling that they are being encouraged to spend more than initially expected.

Overall, based on my experience, I do not believe the subscription provides good value for money, especially considering that comparable learning materials can be found from free online sources.

The company does not know decency. It has no customer service at all. I have written to these ridiculous guys to cancel the subscription but no response and I got charged twice.

They deducted without my permission 95 dollar without my permission. Dont waste your time with is app . Its a useless and i am gonna sue them for deducting from my credit card without my permission

I took a 3 months subscription seeing the social media ads. But it’s only after I paid the amount that it showed the AI tutor comes with an additional cost and is not included in the monthly subscription. They were charging $56 for AI tutor on top of the monthly subscription.

The standard subscription comes with bite sized lessons which are available for free on the internet.
