Ho effettuato un deposito di 5 € e immediatamente dopo il mio account è stato congelato, senza alcuna spiegazione.

L’app indica che avrei dovuto ricevere un’email dall’emittente per risolvere la situazione.
Quell’email non è mai arrivata.

Ho scritto ripetutamente al supporto e all’indirizzo indicato per la prevenzione frodi.
Nessuna risposta. Nessun aggiornamento. Nessuna presa in carico.

Da oltre un mese il saldo è bloccato e non esiste alcuna comunicazione ufficiale che giustifichi questa decisione.

Un servizio finanziario che:

– blocca un account senza motivazione formale
– trattiene fondi senza spiegazioni
– ignora completamente le richieste di assistenza

dimostra una gestione estremamente carente sotto il profilo della trasparenza e dell’affidabilità.

L’importo è minimo, ma il principio è gravissimo.
La fiducia in un intermediario finanziario si basa sulla comunicazione e sulla responsabilità, non sul silenzio.

Ritengo che il danno reputazionale derivante da questa gestione sia molto più significativo di qualsiasi beneficio ottenuto trattenendo 5 €.

Riporto questa esperienza affinché altri utenti possano valutare con attenzione.

The platform looked professional: neat interface, detailed graphics, video presentations and online support available at any time. In this fictional story, I decided to test the service with a reasonable initial investment.
The first days were reassuring. The figures were evolving positively, updates were regular and an advisor contacted me frequently to confirm that everything was going normally. The whole thing inspired confidence.
Then the situation suddenly deteriorated.
Unknown transactions appeared in my account, unexpected fees were added, and any withdrawal attempt resulted in an automatic refusal, accompanied by a vague and worrying message.
Faced with these anomalies, I reported all the facts without delay to R𝕖ςยρaȥ. After a week of waiting and checking, concrete results were finally obtained.

On September 4, 2024, during a brutal period in my life — financially broke, struggling every single day to survive — I sent cryptocurrecy equal right now to €975 to Bitsacard. I trusted them. They told me: pay a 10% recovery fee and we'd get your money back. I accepted everything without a fight because I desperately needed those funds. I sent full proof: wallet addresses, transaction hash, screenshots — everything. They acknowledged it. They promised. Then nothing. No money back. No clear communication. Just empty words and radio silence. I'm still fighting to get my money back but i feel humiliated when i send messages and emails on their support and doesnt even get an aswer. Imagine begging for your own money, when you have nothing left. This wasn’t some random €5 — it is my lifeline. And instead of support, they left me hanging while pretending to "process" my case and me i'm 8 months of pure stress and anxiety chasing answers from ghosts. I provided full evidence: transaction hash, sending address, receiving address, amount, screenshots — yet every time, excuses and silence. Support was polite but useless. After 8 months, no refund, no solution, just lost time and money. If they already have the funds and I accepted their conditions — why am I still begging? Why take advantage of someone who's clearly suffering? Where is the basic decency?

Ho aperto un conto su bitsa, ho fatto un bonifico per caricare la carta e nello stesso giorno che è arrivato l'accredito mi sono comparsi 2 movimenti esattamente di 565,88 e dopo 8 minuti si 312,54. Chiamo l'assistenza segnalando che avevo messo il blocco ma era stato rimosso e la loro risposta è stata si rivolga al commerciante. Sul movimento l'unica cosa che si vede è Paydunyao0000 Hamal e l'altro Paydunyao0000 3s Yet. Chiedo aiuto a loro, ma nessuna risposta. Riblocco la carta e cambio la password mi ritrovo un'altro addebito di 7,41 alle 4,41 del mattino Netflix e la carta di nuovo sbloccata. Netflix mi ha stornato l'addebito ma gli altri soldi non li rivedrò più. Fate molta attenzione!!!!!!

Conto bloccato dal 29 Aprile 2024 per verifica da Pecuniapay,ho fornito tutti i documenti richiesti semplici e trasparenti. Nessuna notizia si sono impossessati di 4213,00 euro senza nessun titolo e motivazioni ad oggi nessuna novità a breve partirà un'azione legale per riavere dopo tanto tempo i miei euro. FATE ATTENZIONE LEGGETE I CASI DI TANTE ALTRE PERSONE COME ME.

ho fatto un primo acquisto di prova di 10 euro in bitcoin. Tenuti circa un mese erano diventati 11.65. Provo a rivenderli mi dice ops vendita rifiutata mette il dischetto rosso sulla transazione ed i soldi spariti. Provo a contattare il supporto dopo alcune email ho capito che mi prendevano in giro i soldi me li avevano fregati e basta. Mi domando se avessi investito di piu malauguratamente cosa sarebbe successo. Naturalmente con me hanno chiuso.

My region is apparently not supported, even though i got my card through a website in my own country. The money i spent on the voucher cannot be claimed as i cannot register an account and it will also not be refunded. What a s company

I wish there was a zero rating. I've purchased a Bitsa Voucher and guess what. My verification was not successfull the system is giving a error that my region isn't supported and Bitsa Support is saying it's security measures. Great so who's lying right now. Bitsa or your system? You guys are scamming people. What should I do now with the voucher I bought from Bitsa. You have my money and I can't use your voucher doensnt seem fair to me. I urge everyone to stay away from these people

Hugly experience finished just before open the account.
I called twice, ehm once I’ve been waiting for 3 days since I registered. They asked me for documents. I sent them.
Other 2 days to wait because the documents were under review. Then I sent a mail to the support, asking to close the account so I could open a new one.
3 TIMES IN A ROW they asked me to charge documents and 3 TIMES IN A ROW I had to explain them how to use their own APP.
I’ve been calling once more time this morning. Yet no one answer at the Phone.
They’re B****** and incompetent. I hope someone will invest against their society with financial methods. They have to close in the next year, they should close, they deserve it.

La peggiore carta di credito ricaricabile che possa esistere, in giro hanno più valore i soldi del monopoli.
Per non parlare dell'assistenza, inesistente e inefficiente.
Da evitare più del covid.

Pessimi nel rapporto con il cliente che non viene tutelato nei pagamenti. Premetto che la quasi totalità delle banche (al momento esclusa solamente Bitsa appunto) con le quali mi sono interfacciato, Italiane & straniere, sono state accondiscendenti nel tutelarmi. Non utilizzerò più la vostra Card

Pregate di non aver mai bisogno di aiuto o di aver problemi, avrete a che fare con gente che di sicuro prima di fare sto lavoro, faceva altro e non ha minimamente le basi per fare e capire di carte di credito.
Nello specifico: mi trovavo negli USA, ho acquistato tramite groupon USA servizi per 220$, addebitati 201,79€ e fin qui tutto ok.
Dopo diverse ore dalla transazione, mi ritrovo in estratto conto una nuova transazione sempre da 201,79€, senza aver fatto nulla, contatto prontamente Groupon e mi viene annullato e rimborsata suddetta transazione. Dopo un paio di giorni mi arriva il rimborso, ma anziché 201,79€(220$), sono 194,91€. Contatto quindi bitsa, e qui iniziano le perle di questi personaggi che dovrebbero fare altro: prima danno la colpa a Groupon, poi al cambio euro dollaro, poi dicono che va bene così perché mi han rimborsato 200$, e a sto punto anche a un santo la pazienza viene meno.
Morale: si son rubati quei circa 7€. Non so se per incompetenza o malafede ma non c’è stato modo di riaverli.
Quindi sperate di non ricevere mai rimborsi di transazioni, perché non potrete sapere cosa si inventeranno
