Have fun with itBut as the body gets used to sweet and spicy, it will also get used to bitter. In the beginning, you can also drop the drops into some water or tea. This way the taste is not as intense, but the effect remains :)

They don’t suit me at all
They don’t suit me at all. They cause bloating and don’t seem to improve my digestion. They make your breath really smell of alcohol. Not for me.

I’m really enjoying using bitterleibe.
I take drops of a morning and of an evening. The bitter taste I like. I follow a 5/2 clean diet, so I make sure I’m hydrated, eat good food, and exercise. Together with bitterliebe I’m achieving my goals 💪

After a while the body gets used to everything :) Just like you get used to spicy or sweet, you will get used to bitter. You can always put the drops in some water, then the taste is not so intense and the effect is not lost :)

Due to the numerous bitter receptors on the tongue, bitter substances taste bitter at first. If it tastes very bitter for you, it can be a sign that your sense of taste bitter has been neglected 😉 Of course you are very welcome to dillute the drops in some water, juice or tea if they taste too strong for you at first! :) You will get used to the bitter taste in no time.
High in alcohol
Nothing containing 55% alcohol should be marketed as a health product. The reason it ‘curbs’ cravings is because it’s so high in the substance. A shot would do the same thing basically and cost much less. Awful smell and taste. There’s nothing magic about this at all, it’s just clever marketing, booze and some herbs thrown in to make it look like it’s worth £16.99.

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our product. You can find the alcohol information directly on the homepage under the product name. The herbal composition has been chosen specifically. The alcohol extracts the active ingredients from the herbs. Our bitter drops are made with alcohol because alcohol is the best extracting agent for herbs.
When you take only a few drops, the amount of alcohol is minimal. You only take a few drops at a time.
If you take half a pipette (0.50 ml), you only consume 0.1 g of pure alcohol. If you drink 0.5 litres of apple juice a day, for example, you consume 2g of pure alcohol (4g/1L). You won't find any additives in our products, not even sugar - hence the pure bitter taste! Please feel free to contact us at support@bitterliebe.com

Nuestra BitterLiebe está llena de valiosas sustancias amargas, que pueden tener un efecto positivo en todo el tracto gastrointestinal y también en el metabolismo :) El metabolismo puede desempeñar un papel importante en la pérdida de peso. Todos nuestros productos se basan en sustancias amargas. Al tratarse de productos naturales, el tiempo de efecto es también muy individual.
