You were excellent apart from one minor detail: I received too many emails from you regarding which stage your processing of my order was at.

Hi John, thanks for your feedback. You're absolutely right regarding the number of emails. There's a balance between keeping you informed and flooding your inbox. I have just run a test order and there were 7 emails sent: 3 directly from our website, 1 from our payment handler, and 3 from Royal Mail about delivery. There's certainly one from our website I can cut, and I will look into reducing the RM mails, but that's harder to do.
