I was looking for a company that had great reviews and a great price. I have 3 dogs that need insurance and the price was right. I was using another pet insurance and though I had no problems with that company Iâm saving over $100 a month with Bivvy. The way things are going financially it was a good feeling to save. The patient was a 12-year old Black Labrador diagnosed by two local veterinarians with Osteoarthritis and possible symptoms of Cancer.
Bivvy initially denied all claims for x-rays, blood tests and medications on basis of a pre-existing condition in medical records of Hip Dysplasia.
After requesting a re-review, and providing all supporting documentation, Alisha with Bivvy reviewed the information and corrected their decision to cover all related claims.
These claims were not Hip Dysplasia claims but rather the diagnosis from the two veterinarians as possible cancer.
At this time until further notice, we do recommend Bivvy Pet Insurance for their professionalism, quick response, dedication and attention to the clients needs.
