Cannot find a way to get a human

Cannot find a way to get a human, Order Number 342641. I need this order before Friday, or Canceled. Cannot get through the bot they are using and they no longer monitor their customer service inboxes. Removed the human component, which means I will not be using them again. This was for a personal project, as a test for a professional use. I will use a different printer like Navitor going forward.

I ordered stickers from them and I didn't receive the order after the estimated date. I checked the tracking and realized the shipping was coming from Spain!
After 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date, I contacted to shipping company first. They said it is more likely to have lost. I used the AI contact form to communicate them to get refund. They responded me, I think it must be AI and said please wait longer. I contacted again. Then, it told me to contact the shipping company...I guess there is no person at the support desk. I know it is cheaper than the other companies. But if you don't receive your order, you lose everything. Think twice before you order from this company.

No idea when I will receive my business…

No idea when I will receive my business cards which are already late, if I even get them at all. No way of contacting them as a really crap automated system, GLS delivery updates are non existent and no way of contacting them, will never buy from Bizay again, no matter how good the cards are if I ever get them. All it would take is an email or update on the product. they send out about 10 emails a day advertising their stuff so they can obviously do it.

No customer service to speak of...

I have ordered a few times before and the print quality is usually decent. BUT, you have to pray for nothing to go wrong with the shipment, because if it does you'll be out of luck since they offer no customer service (no phone line and emails go unanswered) --they only offer a useless automated chat that can't solve anything.

My latest order was returned to the shipper by UPS. When I contacted UPS about it, they said the address was incomplete (missing my suite number, that is clearly on file) AND that Bizay explicitly asks UPS to not attempt redelivery.

So, after losing around $70 for my business cards order, this was the last time I ever order with them.

My comments AFTER THEIR REPLY: hard to say if their replies here are also automated or not (I suspect they are), but their response to my case is disingenuous to say the least —I provided the order number to Trustpilot when writing the review, which I'm sure Trustpilot conveyed to them. So the spiel about not locating my order is obviously not true. At any rate, who has the time to deal with impersonal businesses? I went ahead and filed a chargeback request with my bank to retrieve my money and already placed an order with Vistaprint (more expensive, sure... But at least they have real humans on the phone, chat and e-mail over there).

Non delivery and lack of customer support

I placed an order on 17/03/2026 and paid extra for guaranteed delivery by 01/04/2026. It is now 14/04/2026 and I still haven’t received anything.

I raised a complaint on 09/04/2026 and only received an automated reply saying they “understand the urgency” and would try to speed things up. I was told I’d get an update within 48 hours — but I’ve heard nothing since. The order status hasn’t changed at all since the day I purchased it.

Customer service is extremely frustrating — the live chat is just automated responses with no way to speak to a real person.

After seeing many similar reviews from other customers who also haven’t received their orders, this is starting to feel very concerning.

There’s also no clear way to cancel the order or request a refund.

If I don’t receive my item or a proper response from a human within 48 hours, I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback.

Very disappointing experience

Failure to deliver on booked express day, no customer service email available and useless bot unable to help..

Ordered beer mats for a important business event on 11th April. Paid for express delivery booked on Bizay website for delivery on 9th April before 6pm. Very disappointingly, the order did not arrive until 13th April after the event. Our clients attending our event were very disappointed that we were not able to provide the mats to them and we feel completely let down by failure to deliver on time despite the payment for express delivery. And even worse... Bizay do not have any email address for customer service and the virtual bot was of no help. Given your failure of service in delivery of the product on time I am wanting to reclaim the full delivery costs. I look forward to receiving your email Bizay, very soon with full confirmation of delivery cost refund.

Order 4747177

Received an update stating an issue at customs but didn't state what the issue was. Contacted FedEx and was advised commercial invoice not supplied with order so it's stuck there. I literally cannot speak to anyone at Bizay and didn't realise they were based in Portugal due to their .co.uk address I ordered through. I am really not impressed and if someone doesn't contact me by tomorrow when the order is due I will be doing a chargeback through my bank. I imagine customs are going to try and charge additional fees, which I will not be paying as I wasn't advised of this. I would never use this company again.

J’ai commandé des étiquettes de bière…

J’ai commandé des étiquettes de bière pour mon mariage le 27 février. La commande devait être livrée le 9 avril. La veille la commande a été signalisée toujours en « cours de livraison » puis le lendemain en cherchant plus loin il y avait écrit que ça avait été livré en mars (je n’ai rien reçu, ni le packet ni une notification). Bizay me dit la semaine dernière pouvoir les renvoyer mais depuis, plus de nouvelles si c’est possible ou pas et pour quand. Mon mariage est dans 10 jours je dois coller les étiquettes sur 50 bouteilles je ne vais pas pouvoir le faire donc la veille de mon mariage. Sans retour de leur part d’ici demain (j’ai relancé 2 fois ils font les morts) je vais passer par un autre prestataire d’urgence.

I do not recommend Bizay

I do not recommend Bizay. I paid extra € 20.00 to have a delivery before 01.04.2026 which was an option. After that they have changed delivery date to 09.04. Today is 11.04 and we still do not have our order, anyway we do not need it anymore. There is no customer service, only ai which does not help at all. Worse experience ever and will never use again and I recommend to everyone to stay away from Bizay. SCAM

Bestel hier niet! Levert niet op tijd. Waardeloze communicatie en klantenservice (=bot)

Ik heb extra betaald voor spoedlevering, met als uiterlijke leverdatum 10 april. Op 7 april kreeg ik ineens bericht dat levering op zijn vroegst 14 april mogelijk was. Daarmee is de afspraak gewoon niet nagekomen.
De boeken waren bedoeld als cadeau voor reizigers van mijn groepsreis naar Oeganda. Ik vertrek zelf op 11 april, dus een levering op of na 14 april is voor mij waardeloos.
Via de FedEx-link zag ik bovendien dat de zending nog niet eens was aangeboden en nog steeds in productie stond. Zelfs op het moment van schrijven en dat terwijl een BOT-antwoord zegt dat het product verzonden is. De beloofde leverdatum lijkt dus nooit realistisch te zijn geweest.
Wat mij het meest stoort, is dat ik op mijn klacht vooral standaardreacties en botachtige antwoorden terugkrijg. Er is totaal geen gevoel dat mijn klacht serieus wordt genomen. Ik heb al een aantal dagen contact met de "klantenservice", maar die antwoorden gaan nergens over.
Mijn ervaring: wel geld vragen voor spoed, maar niet leveren volgens afspraak en daarna geen echte klantenservice bieden. Ik eis mijn volledige geld terug en een menselijke reactie + bevestiging van mijn officiële ingediende klacht(en): Case-04364395

1 ster is nog teveel

1 ster is nog teveel. Geen telefoonnummer. Niet bereikbaar via email. Alleen een waardeloze chatbot. Zeer slechte service.

Nu kunnen ze mijn bestelling niet vinden. Kansloos bedrijf, wat een ongelofelijke langzame prutsers!

Hi I’d like to make a formal complaint
the stickers I received the cut is really off centre
It makes my products looks very unprofessional. I would have expected for paying more and it just ordering from Temu for cheap rhat the product would be good quality but it looks like no one even checked it.

Commande passée en janvier, fin mars toujours rien

J'ai commandé 150 tote bag en janvier, on est fin mars et je ne les ai toujours pas reçus, mon événement est dans moins d'une semaine. Ils m'ont dit l'avoir renvoyé, mais n'ont aucun numéro de suivi du colis. A ce jour, quasiment 3 mois après ma commande, toujours rien. Ils font les morts, ne répondent pas aux mails, leurs réseaux sociaux sont bridés par un robot, leur site web a une assistance catastrophique. C'est fou de prendre les gens pour des pigeons comme ça, croyez-moi, je ne laisserai pas ça passer.

I went through steps 1 to 3 before…

Order: 338021 made 3-16-2026

I went through steps 1 to 3 before clicking on "send". I hesitated because l did not see or got any prompt to input the text content on the business cards. But l went ahead and thought maybe the next page would flag me for not entering the most important info on a business card. I immediately realized the order went through, so l immediately on the same page on the same day, 3/16/2026 asked to cancel the order. A message came back, addressed not found. I tried the chat, but went in circles. The ai chat bot was programmed bad and not customer friendly. I went in circles and gave up trying to get help. It was a most frustrating customer disservice l have ever encountered. The chat was customer unfriendly and was a waste of time. I decided to wait for the business cards to arrive, and sure enough, they contained one photo l uploaded to bizay.com, but nowhere a business name and contact info were shown on the cards. Since bizay.com obviously lack Quality Control to screen orders prior to printing, no customer service beyond an AI chatbot not resourceful enough to pick up the pieces from info provided, no phone number to call, no email, l decided to ask my credit card issuer l paid with, to help me recover my payment for a bunch of useless business cards. After a couple of days of making a claim with my credit card issuer, and making this complaint, l started getting email one after another from bizay.com!

Awful company, no customer service at all

Awful company. It has been a year since I ordered my business cards. They were awful quality - I tried to contact their so called great customer service. I was not even able to submit the complaint after a few attempts. Someone eventually contacted me after I left a review online - but that was also a lot of BS. No help at all. Paid over 40 euros for business cards that look like they have been cut by a maternity school kids. Please avoid this company.
