Do not supply this company with anything on account, they don't pay their bills!
We've been owed £792.00 since May and they refuse to pay. They don't even bother returning emails, calls or anything. Even went and spoke to a director who promised to pay and still nothing. Now will have to take it legal! From: Class Office Equipment Ltd

It's hard to know where to start. I was unable to ever speak to anyone, emails were left unanswered and then replies often came through at 9pm on Sunday evenings. Important documents sent by registered post were mislaid within the office. Duplicate forms were sent out and the conveyancing process - first time buyers and no chain - took far too long. They are clearly short staffed and too many mistakes were made. By the end I had zero confidence in the firm.

MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO AVOID USING THIS LAW FIRM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ACTUALLY DESERVE 0 STARS IF THAT WAS AT ALL POSSIBLE. Very poor communication throughout. Completion was supposed to take place 26th September. I waited approx 4+ hours outside my new property with my removal people. It got to be so late in the day that all offices were closed. I was told by my removal company that there would extra charges for waiting time and that they would need to put my goods in storage for the night. I believe Completion actually took on 27th a day late!
I checked with my bank Saturday 28th and todate the extra proceeds owed to me from the sale of my property have not thus far been transferred to my account. This whole experience has and still is highly stressful. Unfortunately I feel it is going to be necessary to contact National Claims Line if I am unable to get a satisfactory response from Bromets. My advice would be not to ever use this legal firm for conveyancing.

Chloe Richardson, who did the conveyancing for the sale of my house and all the team at Bromets have been superb from start to finish. I can't recomend them enough.

All staff were friendly and pleasant and made us welcome. Our Wills and LPAs were prepared smoothly and without any complications. Our needs were listened to and helpful suggestions made. Definitely recommend.

Used this company for a property sale, had to constantly chase, very poor communication and on the day of completion again received no communication from them. No funds were transferred. When I finally got hold of them in the late afternoon I was told my solicitor was off and they didn’t understand his figures in the completion statement so they only transferred me half of the money owed. After constantly chasing it took a further 4 days to receive the money, this made the whole experience very stressful. I have asked for a copy of their complaints procedure but still have not received or the final correct completion Statement. Wouldn’t use this solicitors again.

Emma Drury did a fantastic job when applying for our LPOA. We were in a desperate hurry as the LPOA was holding up a property sale. She met us quickly, had all the paperwork ready and even included a letter with our application to explain our situation. Our application was processed quickly and Emma was on the phone immediately it arrived back to let us know. Five star service.
