The process of buying our first home seemed stressful at first but Bobby took the time to really talk us through decisions and provided information in a clear and simple manner. The team at Black & Gold are friendly and helpful and are always on hand to discuss any queries. Bobby kept checking in on us throughout the process and took the time to chase up the provider on our behalf. We are really pleased to have secured the best mortgage deal. Overall excellent personal service from start to finish. We would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.
