I ordered 4 bridesmaid's dresses from this site. I am very happy with they way that they turned out. The material did not feel cheap. They were made well. This company is from china, but a lot of useful things in America come out of China. I spoke with customer service 3 times. They were always very helpful and prompt. The dresses are not 100% the same as what is pictured, but are very very close. I am thrilled with the price. They were about $90 each, which is soooo much cheaper than a bridal store. The wedding is only one day, there is no reason to put yourself into substantial debt for one day. These are beautiful, especially for the price. The risk was definitely worth it for me.

I was so scared what the outcome of the wedding gown I ordered on here would be,already having another alternative in mind but to my surprise not only did the dress arrive in time,it also fits perfectly well on me .Now,I can go ahead to recommend this site to other friends of mine and order for my bridesmaids dresses too! Thanks BFD!!

We ordered a dress for my sisters homecoming and when we received it it was two sizes too small and where the fabric was cut it looked like a three year old hacked at it with a pair of scissors and they would not allow us to return it, only offered a 15% discount off of our next order with them with none of our money back! Needless to say, we will not be ordering with them ever again.

Upon ordering this dress for daughter for homecoming I did what the website said to measure bust/waist/hips. The measures match the size 6 that website specified. My daughter has never worn a size 6 in her life but I just thought that the dresses must run super small. I ordered a 6 and it was huge. I did find a sesmstress to professional take it in but follow your instincts and just know there sizing chart is not correct . I received this dress on 9/11 at 7:30 pm and I tried to call Black Friday Dresses and had to leave about 5 messages and never did get a call back, very poor customer service. The dress is beautiful and we are making it work so just know once you buy the dress you are on your own. I paid extra in the shipping to get package insured and It came to me in 2 days from china and it was only shipping in a plastic bag, and dress was In a white bag turned inside out so all the diamonds and sequins would not come off. I did get a text from DHL that the package was going to be shipped that day but that someone would have to sign for it. To my surprise it was left on my front porch and they didn't even knock on my door or ring the door bell. I know you are to contact Black Friday Dresses within 24 hours from receiving your dress but what happens when they don't return your calls. Overall I love the dress but customer service and size chart need a lot of improvements .

I paid $50 extra for a dress to be delivered earlier (ETA 1 week before Formal to allow for shoe fittings and any accessorising). 3 days before the expected delivery date I contacted them re my concerns that the dress hadn't even been shipped yet. they apologised & confirmed that the dress would be shipped on what should have been the arrival date.When it hadn't arrived by the following week, I contacted BFD, requesting a refund as they hadn't met their commitment when charging an extra $50 I had paid for an earlier delivery. They only offered a 15% refund & I could keep the dress. Then the dress did arrive. Well... it wasn't the size I had ordered. Bust & waist measurements were 2-4 inches larger than the size 8 I had ordered.The dress was way too big for my daughter. ( reminder..I ordered a size 8) I have contacted them with this information 2 days ago...and yet no reply from them. They indicate that their policy is to reply within 24 hrs but that hasn't been the case as yet. Can Anyone advise where I go next, or similar interactions with Black Friday Dresses. I ordered my wedding dress. What I ordered is not what I received. The dress was crammed into a small UPS bag
The dress looked nothing like what I ordered. The sequins were falling off and many parts of the dress were actually glued on! It was a disaster. I am still awaiting response if I can return my dress. As a soon to be bride, I am devastated.

I really happy with the customer service. I recommend "live chat" they are so helpful for first time buys like me :) I brought this dress & 3 bridesmaid dresses (on this site) Every dress I bought is perfect and fits very well! Thank you so much!
