I would not buy off here reasoning I bought a Douglas off here and said it has been delivered but we were home all day not a single knock it's nowhere outside and as reading the others reviews it seems like it is a scam do not recommend buying off here

I have been waiting over a month for my order and when I submit an enquiry it states an error has occurred please try later . This company is fake , no way of contacting them do not buy from them at all.

We both by Fruugo 1 piece Ultrasone power against
rats and other animals on our upper level of the house.
The device was immediately available.
I paid and order the same day than I receive a mail that
they gone send me a message 95 hours before delivery????after 3 weeks still not arrived and again a mail 95 hours before delivery.after that I received a message from Bpost that I need te play 21,42€ for the import in Europe???? never mention before!!!
I didn't pay this and the debvice is not delivered.
Can some body explain me how to ghet my money back froim those scammers?

What was advertised didn’t arrive - ordered a toothbrush holder, soap dish and soap dispenser and just the dish arrived. I chased this and was told only the dish was ordered.

You accepted the order for a bonsai tree then refunded the money the next day! No explanation but presume out of stock but it is still on the website

Items arrived in great condition. Exactly as described.

I ordered a 3 item pack of something that was out of stock with IKEA. The item was described in words and with an image of 3 items. I was only sent 1 of the items. I had contact with the company and was told that I had received what I had ordered.
DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY...

Item arrived promptly at a busy time of year. Item as advertised and as I expected. Well packed.

Very bad company nothing advertised is of quality. Will not refund faulty products.

I ordered a Christmas Calender. They charged me and some days later they said they could not send me exactly the same product. I was suppossed to get a similar one, but has not arrived yet. They should not advertise for a product they can not deliver

Bei der Bestellung war nicht erkennbar, dass die Ware aus China kommt! Lieferung erfolgte viel zu spät. Leider ist das Bestellte zu klein. Retour erfolgt auf eigene Rechnung nach China! Kein Zwischenlager in Deutschland. Die Rücksendung kostet mit Sendungsverfolgung doppelt soviel wie der Warenwert! So kann man auch Geld verdienen. Nie wieder!!!

Meine Bestellung nie erhalten. 1,5 Monate nach der Bestellung (auf Rückfrage) Geld erstattet bekommen ohne Option den bestellten Artikel zu bekommen. Ein lange wartedes, enttäuschtes Kind. Keine Empfehlung von mir.

I ordered a Christmas Led snowman on 14 Nov at £23.95, and delivery I was told before Dec 3rd. I got a dispatch message and Tracking no/so, then 5days later I got a message do I want to change my order as out of stock,even though they said its been dispatched. Days later I recieved a snowman you stick on the window, worth about £5.00 which I didn't order had another message they do not know when my order will be instock so order something else from there Web site, or wait for it to come in or they offered me a £4.00 refund. Its now in the hands of PayPal and wouldn't recommend dealing with these again.

I order a watch from the site.....and its been already 16 days I wait for it to arrive....they sent me to the warehouse site in China....I don't now Chinese....BIG DISSAPOIMENT..........I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM
