Used them about 10 years ago to remove a custom xenon light setup and again very recently to add a reverse camera with new Kenwood screen etc. Top service as always. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

I visited Jay at the workshop to establish that the base speaker had blown in my daughters car. Jay changed the speakers to something much more desirable. Great communication throughout. Jay installed at my place of work. The whole process was seamless. Will use again when required.

Visited Jay to fit Kenwood 6523 to Skoda Yeti.
Found Jay to be very professional and knowledgeable in what he does. He managed to get the correct fitting kit for my vehicle, something another supplier failed to do.
Clean and tidy work and explained everything when fitting , installation set up and how use .
Highly recommend for a trouble free experience and a good price.

Jay upgraded the stereo in my van as well as fitting a GPS tracker and both jobs were absolutely top notch. I have no idea about car audio but he listened to what I was after and recommended the perfect system for me, I'm over the moon with it. Jay clearly loves what he does and it shines through in the quality of his work. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

What a fantastic find Jay is! He supplied and fitted my dash cam for me and is a real nice guy. He understood the importance of my busy work life and helped me get the installation sorted. His advice was valuable and it didn’t disappoint, it’s the easiest dash cam I’ve ever had. He was very neat and explained how the system works. I can not recommend Black I.C.E enough and I am very grateful for Jay’s help.

I would give Jay 10 stars if I could. He came to fit rear parking sensors for me but found that a previous owner of my vehicle had removed the rear crash bar and not replaced it. He helped me source everything that was missing, came back, fitted everything for me. He could have just fitted the sensors and gone, but instead he was honest, helpful, and went above and beyond through the entire process. I would 1000% use him again. I now have working rear parking sensors and a rear crash bar.

Jay replaced my broken OEM radio screen when I had been turned away from other places and beginning to lose all hope. Not only that, Jay managed to install Apple CaPlay onto my current system too. He was polite, friendly, professional and couldn’t recommend more of a top guy to do the job.

Used Black ICE a couple of times now and can honestly say, we need more people with the same work ethics! New infotainment screen fitted last year on my VW t6. Jay turned up on time and carried out 1st class repair. A few weeks ago Jay diagnosed a fault with my 360 degree camera system on my VW Tiguan. Top man and can’t recommend him enough. 5⭐️

Jay's service was brilliant! He came out to look at my Defender 110 TD5, which like most defenders, had a plethora of electrical issues, non-factory (cowboy like) upgrades and little quirks. Jay was able to take it back to factory standard and help get it all sorted in the safest and most cost-effective manner. He even saved £60 by finding a DAB solution that utilised the existing aerial, saving me buying a new part! I was very impressed and will be using Jay again!

I have a Toyota CHR and got in touch with Jay for front and rear dashcam installation. My experience was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and professional, and easy to reach/communicate. I had no issues and he did an exceptional job. Well done job done cleanly with no loose pieces or hanging out wires. I would highly recommend because he knows what he is doing and you can be at peace. A lot of other people you cannot trust them sometimes as they may lack experience. Anyways, highly recommend especially if you have the same car as me.

Jay was great - he installed CarPlay in my 2016 Polo in a friendly and efficient manner. Highly recommend using this service if you want any car upgrades done.

I highly recommend Jay, he is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, no matter how many questions I asked, he always got back to me. He came to the house and fitted a Kenwood system in my VW campervan, great workmanship and I will definitely go back to Jay again.

Jay came to my house to fit dash cam and Jay was not happy with the way it was sitting under mirror it was in line of site from all areas this is due to the long mirror configuration on windscreen in the spacetourer.jay showed me a picture of another c4 with the dashcam fitted under sliding sun visor I went over to Jay's and he fitted a thinkware f790 Jay is a lovely bloke and very polite took just under a couple of hours to fit no wires showing trim took apart and put back and dashcam also hardwired into fuse box very professional job.then Jay sat with me for a good 30 mins showing me how dashcam works and downloaded thinkware app on my phone and showed me all the configurations this is the second time Jay has done a install for me and i will always go to Jay for jobs in my vehicles.he is very professional and pricing is very good would recommend him to anyone needing audio and camera work in their vehicles. Jay recently fitted a double din replacement head unit and reversing camera into my Alfa GT. I can't recommend him highly enough! He did a fantastic job and I am so pleased with the results.
Poor Jay was forced to visit my house in Warwick twice as the equipment I purchased from a major store was unfortunately supplied with the incorrect connector cables. However after he sourced the correct cables he happily returned to complete the installation.

Jay recently fitted a Thinkware U1000 front/rear dashcam in my Golf 8. I live in Coventry and shopped around to find someone local but nobody seemed to have a portfolio and reputation that came anywhere Black ICE. The trip to Bridgnorth really was worth it. The install is as good as a factory fit and only took a couple of hours. Jay showed me exactly how the job was done and gave me an extensive demo of setup and features. I can’t recommend Jay highly enough. He has vast experience and his work is exemplary. Above all he’s a really nice guy!

I found Black I.C.E advertised on the internet. I had been let down by another company, but Jay was a pleasure to deal with and really knew his stuff. He came to my office, looked at what reversing sensors needed fitted to my car and sent a really competitive quotation over. He then came back and fitted them and did a really good job. he also had the sensors painted to the same colour as my car. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
