Tim helped me with a problem I couldn't fix myself, he was efficient and explained clearly and we were able to fix the issue! Great service

Tim has helped me no end in building a new website which is now great, and is very knowledgeable with my I T, issues and is very clever in interrupting ideas in to reality. I would 100% recommend Black Owl and Tim.

We had a problem with some software which wasn't working which was soon fixed. Our old, desktop computer was de-commissioned and removed with the hard drive cleaned at a reasonable charge. Later Tim helped connecting up our new Smart TV with a new WiFi Hub (which he also installed for us).
This was very helpful as we are of an age when fingers are not as nimble as they once were!!! Thanks, Tim.
