The resistance band and roller are…
The resistance band and roller are amazingly good quality and have helped my recovery big time. The roller I ordered was out of stock originally but they contacted me and assured me they would send it as soon as it'd come back in stock...which they did.

Quality of the bands are visible and they back it up with 2 year warranty

Comfortable & effective
Comfortable. Very effective at keeping me from slouching at my desk. Great company were efficient and let me know every step of the delivery where my product was. Highly recommended.

The quality is good but i would say it is overpriced for what it is. And what i got was already in a discounted price.

Hi Dan, we can understand that you are disappointed. But the good news is that your order might be a lot closer to you than indicated in the tracking details. Your order was shipped with Australia Post shortly after you placed it with us, but Australia Post is going through a really busy time, hence there might be delays not only in shipping but also with updating of tracking information from their end. So there is a really good chance you will receive your order shortly, even though the tracking shows it is still in WA. Again, we are sorry about this but in this case it is in the hands of Australia Post to get the parcel to you and to send the correct tracking details. If you have not received your parcel by the end of the week, please get in contact with us and we will chase it up for you. Fingers crossed :-)
