The team are amazing

The team are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. My son really enjoys the classes and the staff make every session really fun, he always leaves with a big smile and and bunch of new moves.

Money debited but no order shipped.

9 days since my order and there is no update on it being dispatched plus no response to my email or WhatsApp. Money was taken out of my account straight away though.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for any frustration caused.

Your order was refunded in full once it was determined to be ineligible. As clearly stated on our website prior to purchase, items are sold at a reduced cost exclusively for Black Scorpion Karate CIC students and their immediate family members. Orders placed outside of these criteria are cancelled.

Refunds are processed immediately on our side; however, banks can take several working days to return funds to the original payment method, which is unfortunately outside of our control.

We do respond to all enquiries, but during busy periods there may be a short delay. If you believe you have not received a response, we encourage you to check spam/junk folders.
